Can I ask for a video suggestion? I think I’m gay, but I’m the only gay guy in my school. I was forced into relationships with girls and it never felt right and I kind of have a crush on a guy. And I was wanting to know if you had any tips of what I should do. PS: Thank you for all the advice you have given me from the form of previous posts, it’s given me a lot of hope about my future as being gay, if that makes sense.

So the comments of her being "anti-trans" comes from when she was AG for California. The state was in a legal battle with a prisoner who wanted gender-affirming healthcare (surgery). The state argued that taxpayers should not have to pay for the surgery but that prisoner should pay for it out of pocket or under their private health insurance. What needs to be said is that an AG does not write any laws, they only enforce laws for the state. So, Kamala had to legally argue on behalf of the state which did not want to pay for the surgery. Kamala was legally forced to do her job and argue that way BUT she worked the entire court case behind the scenes with lawmakers in California congress to write laws to help future cases get the gender-affirming healthcare they need. That was the whole case. The right wants to say she is anti-trans because of this case but if you look at the case, you would find she worked with congress to undo the court case and make it legal for people to get gender-affirming care. She only acted on behalf of a state government which was anti-trans at the time.
