Any Warriors trade has to involve removing all protections with the 2030 pick already owed and a 2028 pick (possibly protected). Any Sacramento trade involving Harrison Barnes albatross would require 2 firsts.

I mean after the haul Dejounte Murray trade and even the Deni trade it seems like we can definitely get at least 2 first rounders. Quite a few teams interested the said the Kings are highly interested

As for Wall, the Wiz already have 3 PGs--- Poole (untraceable), Brogdon (probably here for awhile), Jared Butler (cheap contract, could develop into a decent backup PG). Not to mention no one is kicking down the doors to sign Tyus Jones. I just don't see it this year.

They have 6 point guards if u add Tyus Jones, Johnny Davis, and the draft pick Bub Carrington. They play Poole at the 2 guard slot so really 5 point guards.

I'd prefer to keep Kuz on bench with limited minutes. I know no one's having that but that's what I'd do at this point.

@@noahwald907 I'd prefer they played all their draft picks and Bilal but they're not paying Valanciunas and Kuzma to sit on the bench. And if Kuzma did sit on the bench, it would lower his trade value. Any team that trades for him wants to know he is healthy and performing at a high level.

@@lockedonlaw They have to pay a certain amount no matter what. A team should decide its goals and not play people because they have to pay them. Its a sunk cost. The only question is the degree by which one invests in developing talent (and lose potential trade value of whomever) vs. attempting to increase trade value (at the expense of developing talent). It is not black and white as one can do both and so the only the question of how much . But if you want to bet that Kuzma is going to get you even a top-15 1st rounder let alone more than that, I'll take that bet. And we don't need to discuss because we will simply find out what happens. At best Wiz will get 1st round pick 16+ for Kuzma and will have wasted the opportunity to develop our talent with those minutes. Same with Brogdon, if we can even clear him. Poole has more potential if he really turns up but only in rare possibilities. So good luck to your bet mon amie!

Why would John Wall want to play for the Wizards again? He has been through rebuilding seasons as a rookie and his first few seasons with the Wizards. I don't think he would want to play for another rebuilding season.
