Artsy never came in the GM in the Empreinte. Also they changed the bag 3 x. 1st edition thin canvas much like the speedy. 2nd edition a thicker gummier canvas. 3rd edition leather trim. 🤎💛 love this bag
My handle fell off…. I wanted to get it repair. I tried to clamp it back, but I think the pin holding it fell off …. Any idea on whwre or how I can repair it?
The same exact thing happened to mine! Sent it in for repairs and they said the ring and pin was not manufactured by LV. So they won’t repair it. It’s 100 percent authentic I have no idea what to do now. I’m actually in disbelief of the news they told me. I knew I couldn’t have been the only person this has happened to. It’s hardly been used. No cracks or signs of wear!
