Mewing is not a technique ,it is a life style its not that you have to do this till you get results and then stop doing it. Once you start mewing you do it all your life and can be sure that your face will only improve with time .

I used to sleep with my mouth open, so I had bad breath and mewing helped in reducing it alot in just a few months. I don't keep my mouth open during sleep anymore.
I am 16 years old and have been mewing for 1 year..... I have seen pretty good results... Defined jawline and cheeks... Also V shaped jawline... (I had pretty good jawline from birth). The younger you are, the better results and fast changes... You will start seeing results after 6 months.. your face develops pretty good after mewing for 4-5 years... Patience is the key
Mewing is not just for jawline It is to achieve your best possible face structure(sharp jawline,fixes any asymmetry,fixes area around nose etc) It improves all of facial features To get your best look practice it ...it's way of living...habit that is difficult to practice initially but done perfectly could get best results in a year

Just want to ask you something In my opinion oval face shape is the least symmetrical and least attractive face shape among other face shape except round face shape..... So does mewing change you face shape and give you a more defined and structural face shape??
@@Whatisitlol you can change huge part of your face shape just by light beard. (Not stubble) . Get your body fat percent to 15 . Get very thick eye brows. You will look good. (That's what I experienced ) Mewing doesn't change your face shape so much. Makes little difference and tight your jaw area
@Namir Deshmukh ofcourse not they are one the most attractive person in the world But I think that triangular face, dimond face and square face shapes are more attractive

I can assure you guys that mewing is effective for a chiseled jawline. It's effective once you are consistent about it for years. Yes you can't get the jawline in months, my friend is a complete example, he practiced it for 4 yrs and yeah he has his sharp jawline also he says that one should not forget mewing once he gets result!

Bro it is very useful but it takes a long time mewing aslo change my hall structure of my face it changed my face shape round to ovel and now oval to diomand and it also strong my jawline.

I am mewing from 2 and half month results are quite satisfying you can surely try it but in the starting it would be quite difficult , very intense jaw pain but after some time you'll get adapt to it

@@Whatisitlol Bro it made my natural face shape and jaws more definite and symmetrical, before mewing my lower jaw too behind the upper jaw now it is at a proper level and oval shape is not a bad shape, you can pull it off with beard and hair styles which make your face more defined and structure, Doing it no big deal just do it 2 days and it will be your new natural tongue position.
I guess the best age for it Lies in mid-teenage. Because ur body is extremely sensitive towards stuffs and exercises. But for me, I got results after 2 months of doing it correctly. U just take time for the correct posture. Once u do it right, U see change in hours, and I 'm not lying.
How quickly you see results depends on your age, if you're still growing then it will be really quick like a few months only, I am 15 and I got a visible jawline(not too visible, but yeah, and I am still mewing so there is still some results to see) and I got it in like 6-7 months, but if you are above the age of growing then it will probably take you longer.

@@bossgirl1592just place your tounge at top of the roof of you mouth and apply pressure from the back of your tounge make sure you don't apply a lot of pressure or pressure on the front teeth or else you can get a overbite cause i got when i was not totally familiar with it 😅 it's not easy at first and it takes a lot of time I'm doing it from almost 2 years and now I have a great cheek bone and jawline now

Face fat is most important thing for jawline. We don't develop jawline, it's already there. We just reach to it by lowering fat percent. One of my friend was chubby but when he loosed fat his jawline became so prominent that it can give orgasm to girls.
Bro mewing changed my dumb lines into godly jawline and my tooth were not fixed before but it also improved my tooth structure from bad to perfection so at the end mewing is worth it 😅

I still do hard mewing and that is the reason why i got the results so soon... Yes you gotta do it everyday... It's only a muscle you are training, good protein diet and good food habits rahega toh iska results bahot jaldi milta hai...
Actually u van get an effect in 30 to 40 days. Combine mewing witch chewing gum and eat less junk food and u should get a result. IAM currently trying it
