For me, a great interviewer asks the questions and then shuts up so the guest can respond. A lot of current late night hosts interrupt with lame jokes or laughter and simply ruin the flow of the conversation. Norton understands the assignment, that's why he's one of the few I can actually watch.

Isabella Rossellini & another woman were waiting on the platform for the train. It put everything in perspective for me.
