You need to call the county directly. The redemption period can range from 120 days to two years, depending on how they conduct the tax lien sale. It is crucial that you contact the county to determine when the redemption period ends. Once it is over, you can initiate the foreclosure process and become the owner of the property.
@@adriansolomon2147 the challenge with Nevada is nothing in 90% of the state. So Clark county is one of the best there for investing in tax lines or deeds.
hi, i need some help please. I bought a vacant lot at a tax sale a few months ago and last week i had a buyer but he just cancelled and the reason was this, according to the realtor: "If the buyer wants to build right away after closing The buyer will have to pay more than the cost of The lot due the deed" Is that correct??? I have cleared the title and then the title company issued a commitment for title insurance in case of selling to another person
This doesn’t make any sense. The buyer have to pay more for the cost of a lot. Have you cleared and clean the title on it? And what state is this issue then?
