Check out a great deal on a Villa in Del Webb Nocatee ! Maintenance free and a quick move in ready! The amenities in Seabrook do not even compare to the Award Winning Canopy Club in the neighborhood to have a beer with your neighbors:) They even have a Kayak launch! Every builder has high ceilings...btw, please point out differences! Personally I don't think retention ponds are worth and no gators;) So much green space in Nocatee! I looked at Sea Breeze...please understand the lack of amenities there compared to The Canopy Club . Resales are great to know what you pay (no lot premium and no options above list price, and cheaper closing costs. Just wait another year. Between inflated home prices, increasing property taxes, outrageous home owner insurance prices, current and future foreclosures, prices are falling. But people are currently house poor and are either moving and or downsizing.

It is the most under rated real estate & lifestyle Florida has to offer & people are finding out about it & still moving here every. single. day. We are finally seeing a little bit of inventory to normalize pricing but not enough. West St. Johns County is another story because they have a lot more supply in the pipeline so I do advise caution West of I-95. Never be house poor & believe in the principles of supply & demand.
