I LOVE Pakistani food. I also love Indian food. Of course I know they all used to be one country, and every region has their own food. Which one is better? Seriously? The answer is YES.

Pakistani here , Indian food is great and so is Pakistani I also live in Canada and I found Indian and Pakistani restaurants with great flavours.

Quang we dont eat this foods everyday 😂 we eat this foods weekly or occasionally and we have also simple staple foods like rice and daal (lentil soup) and sabji (vegetable fry) and cottage cheese curry etc and everybody eats this on a regular basis and pragnent womans also eats simple foods btw lots of love from india 🇮🇳

Linh is very lucky to have a husband who looks out for her and cooks her delicious food all the time. Most husbands would expect their wives to cook for them throughout their pregnancy.

Place by me here in Illinois called SHAWARMA KING and it’s UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! Located in Gurnee IL if anyone close to the area, I suggest checking them out!!! Just wish they gave more pitas and sauce but overall it’s LEGIT!!!!!!

I'm from the 🇺🇸 but the first time I tried 🇵🇰i food was when I visited the 🇬🇧. I feel like all their dishes are spicy as opposed to 🇮🇳 dishes that have mild and spicy. That being said the food was amazing! 😋

I recommend to try Pakistani food Chicken karaahi, seekh kabab, beef nihaari .. all with fresh tandoori naan and biryani with mint raita and onion cucumber plain salald Also try mixed vegetable pakoraa (starter) with mint raita Ras malaiyee - very cold (dessert) U'll experience bessssst food, best cuisine in the whooole world, I BET

Both foods are very similar, if not the same. Depends on the region where you come from. South Indian Food is different then North Indian. If you're referring to north indian food then its verh similar between the two countries except maybe non-veg is more heavily used in pakistan then in india (where vegetarian food is use heavily). Also, Indians don't use Beef in their food.

Yogurt, u can definitely have it during pregnancy. Things only which brings heat in your body shouldn't be consumed during pregnancy and methi is one of them. That's y . But not yogurt. No one says to not have yogurt during pregnancy. Google has given wrong info. Although not everything in Google can be trusted. During pregnancy ask your gynecologist on what not to eat. Searching in Google for such things is not a good practice. My opinion Only methi among spices cannot be consumed not all other spices.

Pakistani and Indian food is similar in origin but there are differences. Indian food uses more intricate spices and have more to offer when it comes to vegetable dishes as vegetarianism is more common. Their dishes are a lot more diverse than Pakistan's. Pakistan’s dishes are more meat based and for me the flavouring used is about emphasising and bringing out that flavour of the meat. Pakistani cuisines use less but delicate spices and some dishes have been influenced or originated from Pashto/Afghan tribes settled in Pakistan that have created their own twists on South Asian dishes. It comes down to preference when rating the food of both countries.

Beef is the best tasting meat specially in nehari beef biryani and pulao and beef Tikka seekh kebab and of course beef burgers yummy delicious.....

This is a hilarious video because I can smell the chaos coming from the comments but in my honest opinion and experience, I prefer the spiciness of the pakistani version of foods available in my location. I always order a whole basket of naan bread with chicken tikka masala and goat curry. Yeah it’s good enough I gotta have it at least once a month. There’s also another restaurant called Azlan’s Razoi in the city that I remember trying before and it was outstandingly delicious!

Pakistani food has more meat I mean a lot of meat specially lamb, beef and chicken sometime camel and ofc no pork tho I am Pakistani most of time we have meat and it’s in form of Salan and roti that’s a meat curry with whole wheat flatbreads we cook rice on weekly basis and rarely cook all vegetable dishes but there are few popular ones such as saag, aubergine, and pakora curry which is super yummy. While Indian food is mostly veg based they have idli dosa, daal chawal(lentil rice), and one of my favs the butter chicken which is very awesome love butter chicken ❤️🙏

I understand that there are certain things that pregnant women can't eat or shouldnt eat a lot of, but I feel like you guys are acting like she can't eat anything fun or flavorful. If you are unsure about something, the information is literally at your fingertips. Google it (using reputable sources of course), ask the doctor or nurse. I guarantee she could've ate the same food as you many times if you just take the time to ask about the ingredients/seasonings they use in their food.

Being a Bangladeshi I would say Pakistani food wins in terms of Biriyani, kebabs and these type of food in general.

Your wife can have spice but she may have heartburn! Like bad depending, unpasteurized yougurt is a no go while pregnant but maybe do a sauce with pasteurized yogurt as it is good for her. But yeah she can have spice just depends on her, and just coat her stomach with tums. But yes also no raw fish, be mindful of deli meats, and not to much tuna due to mercury
