Useless analysis. What is needed is a clear cut distinction: is percutaneous intervention better than the regular open incision? Other than the uncertainty regarding the complete extraction of the herniated mass, are there other important elements to consider?
Thanks doctor for the info. I supposed to have a surgery on my lower back due to herniated disc on my L5-S1 with severe stenosis and crowding and compressed cauda equina.. I got this because of an accident. My second doctor (second opinion) told me that there's a chance for a surgery however there's an alternative. A medication for 1 month. Now I'm on recovery. I can walk properly now and almost back to normal.
@@hamzazidan177 , Nope. I did not undergo surgery. My hernieated disk is now heal. However, last week, I thought that it was relapsed or reemerge. During the follow-up check up, the doctor said that my hamstring muscles and calves are weak and so tight. So, I need to undergo stretching exercises. I am on recovery mode now from the tighteness of the muscles

@@hamzazidan177 Bruh, if you are still suffering, it is good to wait and not pull the trigger on surgery. I had debilitating crippling pain for 4 months and now i getting better, i can walk now.

سلام دكتور زوجي تعرض لحادث سير مما سبب له ضغط على مستوى فقرات الرقبة ونتج عنها آلام شديدة في الكتفين واليدين التي اصبحت شبه مشلولة لم يستطع في الأول حتى رفع يده لياكل بها ،لكن بعد بضعة أشهر صار ياكل بيده لاكن ظهر مشكل أكبر وهو ضمور وتقلص عضلات اليدين ثم بعدها الساقين والفخدين ،زار اطباء كثر وكلهم اكدوا له على العملية الجراحية حيت أخبروه ان الجيلاتين الموجود بين الفقرات تآكل مما يسبب الضغط على الاعصاب والفقرات ويجب استبداله بقطع صناعية وهو لديه مشكلة في الفقرات،C5,C6,C7 ارجوك دكتور هل يوجد حل لهذا المشكل دون اللجوء الى العملية الجراحية؟نحن متخوفون من الجراحة واثرها على صحته.ما هو الحل ارجوك.
