I have several kinds of personal medicine.. I do art and music mostly all the time... these things help me focus and feel good about myself.. still there nothing I can go to - and do - when I have my racing thoughts and resulting .. hyper tense like state of being.. I get to.. --- sometimes there can be no way to stop the hyper-progression and I don't recognize this happening early enough into it - to change my pace.. and slow down (if I can) -then it becomes extremely difficult to just sleep when it is time to sleep, as this is going on, and no amount of any personal medicine I can think of, that would change this --- so I have to lay in bed and wait.. it is --- all there is that I can do to get to sleep --- sometimes I don't fall asleep in this state, and just get up the next day when it is time... there is the camomile tea that is possible then but I don't really have good luck with any type of sleep aid,-- I do like my personal medicine and I would like to thank you for that tool in my recovery. --
