It is narrated from Abu Bakr (R.A.) that the Prophet (S.A.S.) said, ‘Ask Allah with the inside of your hand palms and do not ask him (i.e. supplicate) with the outside of the hand palms. (Recorded by Tabrani in Al Kabeer, who said it is saheeh (sound)’. Another tradition states that Malik bin Yasar (R.A.) narrates that the Prophet (S.A.S.) said, ‘When you ask from Allah, ask him with the inside of your hand palms and do not ask him with the outside of the hand palms’. (Abu Dawood, Ibn Majah, Tabrani).

Allah says in the Quran if you have any differents refer to the Quran and Sunnah . Please Sheikh can you tell us if the prophet Muhammad saw ever raise his hands and make congregational dua right after salah did he ever even did it once
Dua After Fard Salah Proof 1. Abu Umama al-Bahili (Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) was asked as to which supplication (dua) was most quickly accepted? He replied: “In the middle of the night and after the obligatory (fard) prayers.” (Sunan Tirmidhi, 5/188 with a sound (hasan) chain of transmission). Dua in Congregation 3. Habib ibn Maslama al-Fihri (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) say: “ No group of believers assemble, one of them supplicating while others saying Amîn, except that Allah answers their prayer” (Recorded by Tabrani in al-Mu’jum al-Kabir, 4/26 & Hakim in his al-Mustadrak, 3/347 and he classed it as authentic (sahih). Raising Hands in Dua It is narrated from Abu Bakr (R.A.) that the Prophet (Peace be Upon him .) said, ‘Ask Allah with the inside of your hand palms and do not ask him (i.e. supplicate) with the outside of the hand palms. (Recorded by Tabrani in Al Kabeer, who said it is saheeh (sound)’. Wiping Hands in Dua 1. Sayyiduna ‘Umar ibnul-Khattab (radiyallahu’anhu) reports that when Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) would spread out his hands in supplication (du’a), he would not leave them down until he wiped them on his face.’ (Sunan al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3386) Hafiz Ibn Hajar (rahimahullah) has stated that there are various other narrations that support this and that this Hadith is hasan (soundly authentic) (Bulughul-Maram pg.455; Hadith 1554-1555; also see Faddul-wi’a of Allamah Suyuti -rahimahullah-)

Esselamu alejkum. I am not that long a practising Muslim. So excuse me for asking. So is it allowed to make congregational dua after every fard prayer? And making congregational dhikr here is an Example: After praying zohr for example then praying 2 rakats sunna right after that and then our muezing is saying something like say Subhanallah, then we all saying Subhanallah for us and so on.. Is this Allowed or not? Please give me a answer if possible.

Hello, I have some questions. Please answer. What is the difference between adkhars and dhikr? What Can I make dua after salah without saying the prescribed ones from the Prophet (peace & blessings be upon him)? Can I just make dua I my own language after tasleem? Can I make dua after tahiyyat in my own language? I know we are to make dua in congregation, but if we do everyday doesn't it become bidah? For anyone who is giving me an answer, please provide some proofs as that would make my conviction stronger. Thank you! May Allah Reward the person who gives me an answer.
for shaytan any dua is bid'ah, shaytans are currently working on hadiths to make all of them not allowed. children in 20 years will have plenty of hadiths "proving" that prophet never made any dua
