Your vid is kinda unfair tho, pretty sure your Widsith is at R5, we gotta compare Jade at R5 as well, altho it takes 5 whole months to completely upgrade it, the passive provides both HP% and EM which are the best stats for Neuvillette, only then we can come to the conclusion if Jade is actually the best 4 star catalyst for Neuvillette or not

​@@twiggy4817you do know R5 Sac jade isn't something you compare to Widsith but straight up with his SIG. Somewhere i have heard sac jade r5 slightly surpasses his SIG though I'm not sure about the validity of that.

Say sth that make sense, if you wanna compare free weapons then this video is wrong in the first place. In term of 4 stars weapons, Jade R5 is clearly the best thanks to the passive, meanwhile the elemental buff from Widsith is too inconsistent. Comparing a Jade R1 against R5 weapons is just dumb

Prototype Amber is to him what Amenoma Kageuchi is to Ayaka, plus healing that can help a lot (especially in the current 12-1).

I have the BP weapon and a R5 Amber, honestly I'm in the edge about the BP weapon, since when I eventually get a decent Marechaussee set you will have too much CR that it will make it hard to get decent rolls on the artifacts. You get 82.8% CR without any substats, and I just got an 11.7 CR substat crown so I'm at the edge for the rest of the pieces, this might open more versatility on the substats, but I'm still left with only HP%, ER % CD and maybe EM as viable, more than 2 substats in CR for my other 4 pieces and it's now useless. We will see how this ends. But so far it is wayyyy more comfortable with Amber, more so since I run Raiden, Nahida (fav) and Kazuha (fav) so they take some damage there and then with less damage per charge attack, but burst every rotation.

If your neuvilette is off field, the buff will activated, and then u can use your neuvilette on field for the next 10 seconds until the buff canceled. To reactivated the buff again, uh... just put you neuvilette off field for 5 seconds and it's ready again! Sorry for my bad English 💀

No it means if Neuv is switched off field for 5 sec or more, his hp inc will happen....then u bring him on field, n if he stays on field longer than 10 sec, the buff will be gone (unless before 10 sec, like in 8 sec u swap Neuv out n then back, the time limit will reset to 10 sec again)

@@heck8598 make sure neuvi is off field for 5 seconds or more to activate the buff. and later make sure he is on field 9 seconds or less.

how much hp do you have without either weapon. if its lower than 35k, go for amber. if its higher, go for widsith.

Not the best option but usable only for charge atk passive instead get elegy for the end it's more worth it and use prototype amber on him or get BP weapon it's his 2nd best option

You have to balance the weapon's stats with the ones in the artifacts. since you get alot of HP and ER from Prototype, you don't need those stats on artifacts as much. Check if you somehow have too much or too little of certain useful stats.

Crit rate food does not increase dmg in any way

The food buffs were to standardize the CRIT ratio I believe, so that there would be an even plane of crop values for all the weapon and it would be a fair comparison.

Lost prayer is go to if you run hp circlet. You're welcome. But your cd - 200 ish Your cr - should be around 20 cr from artifacts in total. So around 50-60 is fine.

nah, cause his artifact set gives him an automatic +36 CR, so if you just get a few CR substats (already up to like 45-55%) he's basically guaranteed crit hit. In my team widsith is his best 4* weapon IMO with hp% sands and goblet and crit dmg circlet bc he already gets 30% hydro dmg bonus from his talent, u dont need hydro dmg goblet

I don't have one but use prototype amber or jade it's better activating lost prayer passive is tricky on him and if you still wan use it I think replacing hydro dmg goblet with hp will work

lost prayer is better. Damage output is higher than amber even without its passive activated. The great thing here is u will 100% crit all the damage despite using crit damage circlet since hunter set give 36% crit rate. Dont be fooled by only seeing the screenshot number, see the whole rotation. If u have energy problem then something wrong with your build, probably lack of er substat or bad comp.

Same question I use R1 Lost Prayer and 4pc Wanderer Neuvillette with Hp circlet and got a ratio of 63/202%. He crits mosts of the time.

it's pretty good. IIRC, I think it's equal to Wrio BiS (CR stat and CA dmg bonus), surprisingly. If youve got enough ER substats and some teammates are on Fav, use it instead of PAmber.

Lost prayer passive is kinda hard to trigger on Neuvi, Amber is the best f2p option, even over the other 5* if we’re talking about long term dmg (abyss).

He doesn't really need an er weapon you can get away with 130-140 er which are very easy to get from substats

Not bad, but it's much better to get prototype amber because you're buffing damage and getting burst up, and you don't want to stay onfield for too long. Buffs from support will run out n stuff.

This Neuv doesn’t benefit from a higher level sacrificial jade. The main damage boost comes from it’s passive and this showcase has crit foods.

@@res6148 what do you mean, where does the 3.3 crit rate go then? why do you think this weapon is so good on him? you do understand what "normalize" is right? you do understand 3.3 crit rate is 6.6 crit dmg right? using crit food can/should also be normalized which this showcase doesn't your point is basically saying why even level sac jade keep it at lv 1 it's not like that 36 crit rate does anything just food buff it (again if the creator of the video would normalize things sure but he doesn't)

Idk I think maintaining sacrificial jade's passive is not that hard and you have to apply other buffs like vv shred and other party members utils also that's why I think it's a good weapon.

U don't need a lot of DMG in overworld and in abyss it's very easy to keep the weapon buff up

this is exactly why I'm extremely on edge whether if i should buy BP for Sacrificial Jade, or just stick with Prototype Amber, i really don't like the 10 sec on field limit cus i want to walk around with Neuvillette 😭😭

It's not as consistent because the passive ramps up over time, plus investing only into dmg bonus is diminishing returns. With Kazuha and a4, Neuvillette will do more dmg with an HP buffing weapon like sac jade or amber. Sac jade is just better in almost every respect.

If by "free" you mean that its easy to get since we have it on standard, I have played this game since launch and still dont have one lmao

the new artifact set really help him with crit rate. still have to farm but it's like you have a free crit rate circlet on him already.
