You can But they are not organised by Sadhanapada itself. You will have to do it by yourself. But in Sadhanapada, the schedule does not allow to do Angamardana. Though people do it, atleast for me it is not possible. You have to wake up too much early and as Sadhanapada progresses, more sadhana gets added.

Namaskaram Yes girls can do Inner engineering itself includes yam niyam pranayam In Sadhanapada they teach asan In advanced programs they teach dharna dhyan samadhi But they don't give any theoretical knowledge, it's all just practical without even taking the names of these things.

Yes girls also can go One thing is, I have heard from many women that after they start doing all the hatha yoga and kriya yoga practices, their periods are very much less painful or even painless. But still if you find it uncomfortable, you can go to the ashram clinic, they will see the situation and prescribe you bed rest if necessary.

1. Nahi Sadhanapada ka ek part h volunteering lekin Sadhanapada or bhi bohot kuch h 2. Sadhanapada 7-8 mahine ka hi h, uske baad rehna h to Poornanga (Full time volunteer) ban sakte ho 3. Surya Kriya and yogasanas free hain, baaki kuch seekhna h to charges lagenge lekin baahar se kam hoti h fee 4. Compulsory nahi h but basic understanding hogi to acha h kyunki sab kuch English mein hi hota h 5. Agar poornanga ban jaate ho to ashram aapke basic expenses bear karega 6. Yes

About joining from Nepal, I am not damn sure about it because in Bangladesh it is not yet available as per new format. But just tell me one thing is inner engineering very important before Sadhnapada ? Pls tell me Anna 🙏 .. And if it's needed for Sadhnapada then how could I do that ?

You need to understand this SADHANAPADA is a free program, us program mein aapke personal expenses hote hain vo aapko bear karne padenge. Rehna, khana and Jo kuch bhi SADHANAPADA ke under hota hai vo sab free hota hai. Now obviously they will not take care of ALL THE EXPENSES YOU WILL MAKE WHICH INCLUDES ADVANCED PROGRAMS. Advanced programs Sadhanapada ka part nahi Hain. And baaki or bhi processes jo ashram offer karta h vo Sadhanapada ka part nahi Hain. Ab ye aapke upar hai aap kitna kharcha karte ho kitna nahi karte ho.
