Sadhana Intensive is a program designed by Sadhguru for the Sadhanapada Alumini. This program is an extension of Sadhanapada and and intense than Sadhanapada. Sadhguru has designed this program to break all the human limitations we have set upon ourselves to know what really a human potential is. This program offers you sadhana that nowhere it is available but most importantly the support that they provide. This is not about extracting work out of you as a volunteer but giving you the opportunity to go through something intensely in your life.
Within 2 days of this program, it gave me a taste of what it is and till what extent it has transformed me is unbelievable for me also... if you are an Sadhanapada alumini or want to be a Sadhanapada then this video will be helpful for you...

Aanna my question was 😁 As Sadhanapada participant are we allowed to go out of the Ashram suppose i want to go to Coimbatore city for 3-4 hours for something once a while will i be allowed whats your experience

I have never stepped out of the ashram in the entire duration but yes I know so many of Sadhanapada who did go outside especially for medical reasons and as a part of Shivanga Sadhana. I think you need to talk to them before stepping out and take permission. One thing you must remember is that if you step out of the ashram without informing them they will file a missing case of you in the police station. This will lead to weird situations. It is important for you to keep inform the team always.

Many leave only some stay back. But there is no such rules as you have to stay forever or you can if you want. There is a process to it. You have to go through that process many want but not everyone get that opportunity.

Anna I have done bsc science. But no technical course. What seva they will give me in Sadhanapada?

Don't worry about that they have 95+ departments in th Ashram, somewhere they will fit you in. In Ashram seva is secondary but your Sadhana is primary. Especially for Sadhanapada they focus more on how to help you to intensify your Sadhana. In sadhana intensive they take it to three step ahead. Sadhanapada and Sadhana Intensive are the two programs in which you could stay in the ashram and do more Sadhana.
