Is Sakazuki a problem? 

in that first match using the trigger effect of the great eruption to make them trash a card would make mathing it out a lot easier as you couldve used the tsuru to minus 2 to the boralino

Sakazuki may not be a problem but my receding hairline and lack of Blue Tie are problems ;)

8c Moria + Blue Tashigi searcher turn Sakazuki into the strongest deck by far. It's only weak match up is... Sakazuki.

I'll tell you the problem, in the last several games I've played, I haven't just played against Sakazuki but IDENTICAL Sakazuki decks. Nothing more fun than leaving work on a Monday night to go to a 5 dollar tourney at a LCS only to exclusively face Sakazuki decks by people with more money to spend on a deck than they have joy in their hearts. Congratulations on getting three tournament packs instead of one, I guess. And I guess that's my problem. This game is already extremely expensive, I'd like to at least have fun with it. If everyone is just going to copy the same deck because they saw it did well in a tournament, I don't know where the fun is supposed to be in that. I'm at the point now where I'm just going to scoop as soon as I see Sakazuki. I don't want to give people the satisfaction.

Yeah, and it’s actually worse than Newgate imho. because it just kills the fun of anyone playing against it. For example, you can have Sakas board cleared, him being down to 2 life and with 4 cards in hand, with your 10 drop being on the board. After the turn, your board is wiped, he has 3 characters and 2 cards in hand, plus he attacked your life. Sorry, that’s utterly stupid to play against!
