Great insight on the deck, much appreciated. I don’t play the leader myself but it’s good info to go against it. Have you seen some of the 06 support/spice the deck gets? That 8c Moria is scarryyy. The deck isn’t my cup of tea as far as play style goes but I may look into it for 06. That Koby card looks sooooo nice. 🔥

Personally, I do play 10c Kuzan cuz I feel he's an absolute must against all the yellow decks I'm always playing against. But I also added in an Issho too and like you said, he's GREAT for catching people of guard! But what do you think about cutting the Hina to only 3??? I really don't want to buy a 4th one at its current prices, but I'm thinking I might have to because there's been too many games where it's taken me so long to see her. But when I've tested 4 of them in the deck on the sim, I often feel like I see her too often and replacing something with combo power for a character without definitely feels like it hurts in this deck... so idk. I'm still trying to figure out if I really need a 4th one of her or if 3 is fine...

Hey if 3 works for you do it! I personally think the card is a must have at 4 but that's just me. I think the card needs the power that hina generates. And cycling the card is super free and makes for easier decisions in my opinion.

always liked 10 drop kuzan. I think that by the time you end up getting to him, you have a lot of control of the board. You can just add more ice age and cycle cards like koby and lucci to KO the cards, opens up more bodies.

Yeah it definitely does work if you can get there. Aggressive decks ruin the ability to play it sometimes.

I tried the stage out at the beginning of OP05 and honestly I didn't like it too much. But that's just me personally. As long as it's working for you that's awesome!

I tried the stage too, but other than the turn you play it and get the minus 2, the subsequent turns, the extra minus 1 never seemed pivotal to me. Like, almost always I never ended up needing just 1 more minus 1. So I finally cut it personally for more Ice ages. I only ran 1 though, not 2.

I personally run x3 4c Borsalino and x3 Sabo, it helps a lot against yellow. If I manoeuvre correctly, I can make Yamato and Amaru useless, and survive fairly well against Katakuri too. I also have 10 2ks, but also running 2 10c Draw Kaidos which is nice.

I never thought about Issho. I might try running him. I think SEC Kaido is great against Enel, so I run a one-of, most matches it gets discarded, but some matches it's just gamewinning.

Since the beginning of my journey in the One One Piece TCG trouhght my brother i was running Smoker, Ace, Whitebeard and Green Black Isshi. Whitebeard fell off very quickly, i just liked the Control Match up. Ace was my main Deck until OP05 Sakazuki was released. I've done a lot of testing and with these specific cards in my Sakazuki list, it just feels right too mee. 1x 10 Kuzan 1x 10 Kaido 1x 09 Mihawk 1x 08 Issho 1x 06 Sakazuki 1x 01 Navy HQ If needed you can cycle all of them but i sometimes find myself in situations where one of them would be the answer.

If you see Lucci and borsalino blocker you have a chance. If you don't, you probably lose.

What r your tips for the mirror match? I think saka is a great deck in every matchup in op05 but the mirror match...... Wow...... It's hard and I can't win it. There is a way? A tip? Specifics cards for this game? Thanks.

Sabo is really helpful in that match and I'd say get the necessary removal and play cat and mouse with your opponent removing each other's board. Eventually you'll be up on the cards in hand and you defend, or you are less on cards and get a little more aggressive, going for game

@@TheLuffyTCG yeah man I replaced my kuzan with an ice age and added two ultis you can really stop unlucky draws and fish out what you want. I know people argue about a body that can reduce cost but my logic is instant value. IF I draw into an ice age I got ulti and kuzan in one. If I don’t, I still drew a card and I can rearrange the cards and bottom deck whatever I don’t need or even discard a trash card and take something else. This deck is all about reaction and having answers and if you can rearrange cards in your favor that’s way too big on an upside not too play.

@achillesv8980 I personally don't like running kuzan, he typically never lasts past 1 turn and while yea the draw is nice I rather have instant value especially in op05 with the countless ways of killing things
