Noteworthy that he’s the only family member alive at the end of the story. I have a suggestion which is not shade - I promise : consider structuring reviews not around describing the plot, but rather the themes that interest you most. Perhaps him remaining alive was an “act of mercy” from the writers, given all the mistreatment he receives from them, but yes, I could be reading too much into their scene not becoming more of a moment. He was also drinking dirt, dead skin cells, fecal matter and god knows what else out of that tub drain. That's what make it gross imo. I know people like to joke about drinking hot people's bath water, but when you really think about what you're *actually* drinking it's not that hot.
Oh, it’s rancid for sure. I think it also highlights how much leniency we give people we perceive as attractive. Hot people get away with the craziest things purely cause they’re hot, and unfortunately I don’t see it changing anytime soon
