In order to protect myself I ALWAYS assume that she is just being friendly.

It's actually very simple, if you are tall, good looking, wealthy, confident, in great shape, smooth, funny, dress nice, and have a big house and nice car. She is into you and flirting, if you are just an average guy, she is just being nice.

My biggest struggle was the fact that I asked a girl out and apparently was creepy because I looked like I had no emotion (I was scared) and that spread to the whole campus so that I was rejected like 90 times. As a result I am scared of being perceived as a creep and end up not asking at all.

I always assume that she's just being friendly. Sometimes if it's someone I know I say something to the effect of "oh you're such a good friend" or "I am so glad you are a friend" or something like that. And typically that pretty much sets the tone of the relationship. Frankly I don't want to get the smoke from an angry woman who was just being friendly and is now offended that I told her I was interested in her. The pain of suppressing feelings is better than the heartbreak of rejection and ridicule.

If a person does not want to be in a romantic relationship, then what exactly does being a friend mean? Friends do things together but I don't think this is what the person has in mind by being a friend.

My biggest struggle is just I'm totally unable to talk to a girl I like and stay apparently normal. I loose all my self control, stress, sweat, blush, forget simple words and so on. I think she maybe is just trying to manipulate men, instead of being flirty or even just being nice. As an Uber driver, I meet a lot of people, even if they are or are not, they are usually just being manipulative and trying to get a free ride by giving the driver a poor rating and making fraudulent claims. What's holding me back? I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Also, there are no sincere women left. Even if I socialise outside my area getting to know many more people, they just bait. Women weren't like this in the 90s when I dated or had affairs.

You have such a loving aura, when I'm around such a woman I'm interested in, I pray that I 'get it'. True romantic reciprocal sensuous love is just around the corner for me.

Remember that the signs can depend from woman to woman. I would recommend to use your gut feeling because even if she doesnt show so many of the classical signs she can still be in to you. Greatest struggle was always my nature of being a dreamer and hoping, and (unknowingly) assuming that we would get together and putting pressure on myself to do well. For example I would get to know her and without already knowing if feelings were mutual, already picture us married building a life together. As a result I would try too hard, jump at any could-be-considered-good-sign i could see without trying to get the big picture, consequently brushing off some not-interested signs. I later realized that I knew how to move forward properly and read good signs (THX to all your amazing VIDS), but my rose-tinted glasses were messing with my ability to do it properly. I believe that this woman who pursued me many years ago is trying again. In the beginning, she would run up to me in church (I would visit her church for another reason), throw her arms around me, and kiss me on the cheek. She did this on four consecutive weeks, and what did I do? Absolutely nothing. I have this blank expression (trait of epilepsy) but would kick myself each time it would happen later in that day. One social meet up group I attended lately, one of the guys there told me he sadly didn't get his very first girlfriend until he was 30, while he is happy about having a girlfriend now, he still gets kind of depressed and bitter and resentful over having been single that long. Yet people think men still have the better end of the stick in the dating world than women do, especially when men are far more likely than women are to be single that long, be alone or single longer, or to have a lonely journey, yes men and women each have different difficulties or different issues to deal with but being alone or single later than normal is normally never an issue or never a problem for women. He says he feels angry and mad whenever people and Society say that he should feel grateful that he has a girlfriend now and that he has no right to feel angry and bitter that he was single and alone that long. Or why get angry and upset about what didn't happen in the past. Well he has a right to feel how he wants to feel. Probably because women are just a guaranteed options and attentions for just existing and breathing or having a pulse but it's not true if you're a guy or a human male. Men have to learn all of these skills or behaviors or know how to talk and behave a certain way or act a certain way, women however since they play a passive role that doesn't require any learning or I just don't see how it requires any learning. Hey Coach, I think my problem is that I grew up in a household of all women, so I probably miss the signs, because I grew up with all estrogen and female drama, I wouldn't recognize it I'd have to be flat out told, because by the time I was out of High school, I was helping change my nephews at the time diapers, by the time I was in college I had 4. Why do so any much younger ladies seem to literally pursue me? I am 71 years old, with an artificial rt hip and both knees (from a severe traffic crash years ago) and I have ladies in their 30's, and sometimes even younger, who pursue me and practically ask me to marry them.!! I love these videos. I have a very hard time with all this social stuff when I already know a girl, when I meet her at the train or something like that its kind of clear what each of the parties want but especially when you are close to people you have to read the signs first to not get embarassed. Shyness is holding me back

Hey Melannie, Your hat was very in style for girls in school in the mid 80s. It was an alternative for the girls who didn't or couldn't do the poofy teased high styles that were big then. I have experienced the "she kept the conversation going" then later asked me out. We went out but discovered we were too different. She actually became much more shy once we were out together in her hangouts for whatever reason. Also had the "talking over her shoulder" thing. She was a very attractive "friend" though we did go out once (& everyone stared at us together and guys asking me to pass them her #). She maybe was "in flirt mode" as she was doing the catwalk as well, but she told me about the guy she was dating she was going to dump and go with a different guy who she later got married to, & stayed married to as well. She was just flirty with a number of us guys. I also got the "she keeps looking at me" sign as well though from much older women I wasn't really interested in.
