The research isn’t yet clear, but based on research available to date I’d say that soy is safe as part of a normal healthy diet (ie, I wouldn’t take soy supplements, but a few serves of soy foods each day should be fine)

Can beetroot juice and pomegranate juice help with conception too?

Both are rich in antioxidants which is great for fertility, but the sugar isn’t so good. I’d recommend eating beetroot and pomegranates instead of drinking their juices 🙂

I’m drinking the organic beetroot juice and drinking the pomegranate juice with the one that’s the pure one isn’t that any good still?
