Being “clutch” is probably one of the most valued traits in the sports world. Players that can step up in close games are some of the best players to have leading your team and from football to basketball, we’ve seen both sides of the spectrum from serial chokers to the most reliable superstars.
What makes some players more “clutch” than others though? Today we’re talking about the last minute match winners, the buzzer beaters and the 2nd leg comebacks. Thanks for watching y’all.

My favorite clutch player of all time is Divock Origi, because he's such an extreme case, where he is pretty much only good in the big moments

From what sports psychologists say, keeping heart rate low and staying calm in high pressure moments is what mostly all athletes with the clutch Gene have. And being able to win in those moments is what the clutch Gene is all about.

This is not the real definition of the clutch gene. It’s either you have the gene or you have no clue about it. If you don’t have it, it makes 0 sense cause you wouldn’t understand.
