Is the 2022 Audi e-tron Chronos Edition a BETTER sport SUV than a Genesis GV60? 

If I didn’t look at the name I would’ve thought this was an internal combustion engine car….😂

One important factor about EV's is how they handle cold and extreme cold weather. Since extreme cold will affect battery range, some of these EV's have a heating system where it heats the batteries so it's not effected by cold and extreme cold weather. When you do these reviews, find out how it handles extreme cold and even hot weather with regards to battery life/range. It would be a very important factor to know before someone buys one of these things.

Audi had a 4-year lead on every competitor in the segment... yet 4-years later their range is STILL only 200 miles. Pathetic!

It actually feels like and audi, I mean, the interior quality is there and it looks way better than other electric vehicles.

I'm no fan of electric cars but audi styling always makes me attracted their cars. Comparing this to GV60 styling wide e tron is calling my name definitely more sexier looking

Love Audi! When I’m finally forced to go electric Audi would be the way I go for sure. They know how to do it for me. Am a little disappointed on the range but I’m sure it’ll improve. Thanks for showing us.

Joe, I've always been a fan of almost all Audi models. This one is a keeper in my book. I do prefer the grill design of this e-Tron. Those bright yellow calipers really pop with that beautiful blue paint job. Oh, and I never get splinters when I'm rubbing my wood! Just sayin'... But, seriously, as much as I like this beautiful e-Tron, I won't be going to a full-fledged EV until the mileage is at least 500+ on a single charge. Otherwise, I'll stick with my very nice Lexus hybrid.

I have a 2019 e-tron, progressiv and it is pretty awesome. Heavy, but a joy to drive, great size, looks great. Love it! Mine is grey and does not have the sweet yellow calipers. It has every feature you want. Yes the range is disappointing but it is a non-issue when you can charge at almost any destination.

Like the car, it has a nice interior. I'm not fully on board with electric cars yet, the distance range is not ideal. I will like to see more work done on the distance range from automobile engineers.

Audi suvs are very capable, great car. Only zonk is audi trims aren't generous. But covid made them a little more giving feature wise per trim Genesis current generation is great too

2022 Audi E-Tron S-Line Quattro AWD Chronos Black Optic Package!

Audi brings the business.. I kinda like that area you found odd in the console. Keeps your big gulp out of your lap when you're on throttle in the twisty bits.

I'd take the S Sportback.

I have a chronos edition and it’s great, but it’s also my daily driver and I have other vehicles for longer distance trips. I don’t think the e tron would be a good only car with that range, but it makes a great daily for commutes to work and around town. You can also rent a car on turo for long distant trips, but many might not want to do that especially after paying $90k for an ev.

Would buy this Audi. A family member has this exact E-tron in black with Chronos pak. She traded an A4 and loves her new car.

The cup holder set up was not thought through very well. If you put items on the lid, every time you want to use a cup holder, you have to remove everything on top. Also, the cargo nets really cheapen the interior look.

I really dig that blue,/purple color but 80k plus is ridiculous for that 220 range

The range is a key factor for most looking to go electric 225 miles doesn’t cut it The Lucid is impressive with a 500 miles but it’s pricey

This is actually cool as heck.

My big zonk is I think an EV has to make the Downtown LA to Vegas run on a single charge (275 mi), so this one fails. However, this makes the case for a "normal" EV and not a futuristic EV. It looks like another gorgeous Audi. I love the dark blue, yellow, gloss black color combo. Not sure I like the interior color. I like that the interior and dash look like an SUV and not a golf cart like it is with a Tesla.

Love the car. Have the cup holder/phone charging area.

You do know its got air suspension and it looks like you have it all the way up which is why the loading deck (bumper) is so high...and I'd say a 6K lb 5 sec EV is pretty dang fast, but the folks that buy this car is more interested in quality and comfort, and not range for road trips.

These companies don't realize that the range has to be #1 with these to eliminate that fear. Once that happens, everything else is comparable. That said, no way this is an 86k vehicle...14-18k more than the best equipped GV60?? No. The GV60 is way more advanced and polished imo than this.

Love the look but they must make a dedicated EV platform. ICE designs do not work well as EVS and Audis range is frankly terrible compared to a Model Y or any other Tesla. Also not having more storage in the front is not great. Eventually they won’t be able to compete with the competition.

genesis gv60 is way better. more luxury, more technology, better, more mileage range, better engine, more relax

The GV60 has gotten great reviews so far, and it seems like a better value, but it is so ugly in my opinion. Audis might not look cutting edge. But they’re never, ever ugly.

It looks great, and Audis interiors are top notch. But for 86K, I expect more than 222 miles per charge. In the cold winter that'll be about 170 miles. Not good enough for that price.

For $30k less I'll still take my EV6 over this. This Audi presents nothing extra outside of brand name which means nothing for most 🤷🏽‍♂️
