Is the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ the KING of full size luxury SUVs?

This is a complete masterpiece!! I’m not into the whole EV wave but this absolutely sold me. Great job Joe!!

BEV and 3 rows are things in the very distant future for me but this has totally changed my perspective. The space is almost in mini van territory. Lightning charging speeds. 450 mile range. This Cadillac is irresistible. Great job Joe and Lori!

Cadillac killed it with the styling I dig it. It’s a bit gloss black heavy but still really nice. What’s not nice is that price tag

I have to admit to just how attractive this large SUV is, Joe. I've been a reluctant consumer when these various EVs or BEVs have been offered over the past few years, however, a few friends have made purchases of EVs this year and they are, quite honestly, amazing. I guess my only remaining concern is the relatively short battery range and the high MSRP with so many of these vehicles. Anyway, I always appreciate the wealth of data and effort you guys put forth with each of these offerings.

Impressive inside and out. It's well thought out and delivers what passengers especially will desire. Transitions over nicely from an interior design standpoint to the next development stage of autonomous driving.

A zonk free review, very impressive. It’s hard to zonk with a couple Cadillac goons looking over your shoulder, but it really is a magnificent vehicle. If I ever go EV, I’d give this a very hard look. Great review and camerawork, you did Raiti’s Ride proud.

The new Escalades are awesome, looks and body lines are crisp. If Cadillac does something in the future, the crossover such as XT4 and XT5 should have a V-Line package. Comes with sport pedals, a little carbon on the interior, sport seats and a few extra touches for young buyers around their mid-20s and early 30s. What do you think Joe?

This is everything I would expect and more from an Escalade, it looks great!

I never liked American cars like Japanese and European cars but I think Cadillac just changed that for me now so far this car looks awesome I love it and I wish when it’s coming out I’m able to get one!😊

When I saw the news of the announcement of Escalade IQ, I was hoping that GM would give you an invite to the announcement event so we can get your initial take Joe. Great video as always.

It's truly a standout and impressive! I can imagine how large the longer Escalade IQL will be! I wonder what the overall length of the Celestiq is, as it was not yet given away.

I want to see the thigh seat extender you find in the Navigator. I also want to see full electric power up and down seats on the mid row and 3rd row. I hope 3rd row has the same headspace as mid row and front. Other wise it looks good

My only little knock is the glossy plastic infront truck were i see some scratches already, they need to use better plastic, but most people will get paint protection with this size and price of SUV. One of my favorite features of our 23 ESV is the sunroof and it’s large opening. Other than a wrangler or similar vehicle that can remove parts of its roof, I’ve never seen a vehicle with a larger sunroof opening than the Escalade + it’s still panoramic to the second row when closed. Are they really going to eliminate sunroofs going forward?

Speaking as an early adopter of electric vehicle technology (I purchased a Tesla S100D in 2018 and drove it for 3 years) I must point out that while the vehicles themselves are typically rock solid, my Tesla was one of the best built and engineered vehicles, ICE or electric, I've ever owned and I've owned more than I can count, that's not where the problem lies. Raiti mentions the 800V charging architecture and while that's great where the heck are you going to find one? The biggest challenges lie in the infrastructure that supports the electric vehicles; what do I mean by that? Too few charging stations, chargers that are typically out of service (usually at least 50% of the available chargers), idiots that park their ICE vehicles in the charging spots then go shopping or dining, overly long charging times and most important range. In my opinion until the range, charging time and charger availability issues are mitigated I don't see the public adopting EV in any large numbers. Great video as usual thanks for your hard work!

I like it , I don’t know about the price but I’m glad they jumped in big time ! I hope when the time comes I hope I can buy one m I was thinking my next car would be electric and a Tesla but this makes me look the other way , now it’s got my attention!

Cadillac Escalade IQ just killed it. Mercedes, Lexus and who or whatever else just dropped their mouth. This is absolutely amazing. And from Los Angeles to Las Vegas on one charge with miles to spare around Vegas.

Having been driving GM, more specifically, Cadillac vehicles for 22 years, it is a pleasure to have a tangible glimpse into what GM will be bringing to the "new" world where EV's are expected be the primary mode of transportation. The design language of not just Cadillac but of most automobile designs in the car world has morphed into some very attractive vehicles. The soul of the ICE vehicle may be leaving but the spirit of what is to come feels good! Great Job to the Cadillac team for this one!

I did not know until a few weeks ago that there are vehicles with long screens like this one... It looks so cool.

I think this and the celestiq are very promising for Cadillac, I just hope they can produce these at a reasonable amount while gm produce other evs for Chevy, gmc and Buick

I'm not in the land yacht market or the EV market but, if I was, this would have to be near or at the top of the list. Note that it is a concept/pre-production model so the vehicle may change a bit inside and out. If I'm building a GM 2-car garage, I think i gotta go with one of the Caddy EVs and a Corvette C8 Z06.

It's so crazy how far this has come, from being the poster boy of gas guzzling beasts. Kudos GM!

Love everything about it except the way the back end looks. The 4th gens are still my favorite body style overall.
