Is the ALL NEW 2022 Infiniti QX60 a midsize luxury WORTH the PRICE? 

They did such a fantastic job!

Need to lose the CVT from the CX50. Glad it came out of the QX60, and needs to continue across both the Nissan and Infiniti lines.

Loving it! Have the QX50 now and love it but will definitely consider the QX60 when this lease is up.

Part of the problem is they fired some high up people . So that really hurt the cars coming out. This happens to all companies.

yeah, even the last QX60 a good car. I think they are just as good as anything from Mercedes and caddy and BMW.

@@RaitisRides one thing I think you forgot is the Infiniti is doing what they call a Nissan plus. What that means is being similar but more premium. Look at it in terms of how vw and Audi are. I think that Infiniti is trying to do that. They don’t want to be like well this is an overpriced Nissan. One other thing you got to see is even since the start they had a strong presence in the USA 🇺🇸. Many of the people who work on these do it in the good all USA 🇺🇸. I have met a few of them. One was making the engines like picking the part venders , the other one was the interior designer who picked out the leathers for the door. A lot of work goes into it and Infiniti has really worked on improving the interior in the past few cars from 2017 q50, 2019 QX50, QX80. The QX60 like so is example of how they listen to the customers ….. improve the features adding smart rear view mirror , upgraded the screens , updated the leather , adding zero gravity seats. For someone like me who has back issues these seats really help. They make and always have made great seats.

INFINITI hasnt abandoned their sedans. The 2020 updated resolution on their dual screen( well the bottom screen) is the same resolution as this one screen on the 2022 QX60. Folks just love to cry about everything. 2021 Maseratis still uses analog guages on all their trims with no redesigns since 2012 but yet y'all dont complain about that, cus its a Maserati.

It’s really not. Infiniti previewed this interior on a concept car that debuted BEFORE the GV80 was revealed. And I won’t say Genesis copied it because these cars are in development for years and there’s really no way for cars that debut around the same time to copy each other. It’s really just chance and trends.

@@bigd7386 The Aviator was the 1st to have that design language for the center console and dashboard The GV80 Concept from 2017 had a *COMPLETELY DIFFERENT INTERIOR* And then, suddenly the production version GV80 has an almost identical interior to the Aviator Its not a coincidence, its pure copycat But again, im not complaining

Lmao they informed there dealers that this is the only redesign they will do and the qx80 just got an mild refresh which is just copying the screen of the nissan armada

@@rks-bh6tb Theyre heading in the right direction. I really like what Nissan is currently bringing to the market. This QX60 is awesome. Also, I saw a QX55 here in Vegas last month - I had to do a double take. Loved it.

Can you please be more specific?! Please let public know some of Renault line up in North America or where they screw reliability of Nissan? Reliability stop by Nissan before marriage with Renault… forcing CVT gear box ,new models every 10-15 years ,etc are only reason why they on this level now. Disappointed ☹️ with your knowledge Professor Raiti from KitKat University off history!!

I came from a Nissan family growing up. And aside from their slacking styling, their reliability slip was what made me go for a Toyota instead. Hopefully now, with Ghosn gone from Nissan, they can get their reliability back and as a nice perk by association, Mitsubishi as well.

@@tomislavantunovic5798 My brother in law has a Renault Duster in India (rebadged Dacia Duster but entirely owned by Renault). Its a pile of crap constantly in the shop. He wholeheartedly regrets trading in his Skoda for it. And as for us, we had pre-Renault era Nissans that were on par with Toyota and Honda when it came to reliability. Then came Renault and their reliability went downhill from there. Post Renault era models owned by my aunt and uncle were constantly in the shop for problems with their CVTs. At the very least, Ghosn needed to be gone from Renault Nissan. Let Renault pick up some reliability pointers from the Japanese at Nissan and Nissan can pick up some styling pointers from Renault.

@@juanzingarello4005 Agreed with something in comments,but that marriage was saved Nissan (automotive part of it and reason for survival on Europe market). If you compare Nissan and Renault technology in this moment we talk about huge gap between. I owned multiple Renault and Nissan vehicle in Europe before moving into States (‘15)and was always more satisfied with Renault . Most before marriage with Nissan… Please check VIN number of brother in law Dacia because it’s big chance that it’s made for Europe or UK market.. imported. Every manufacturer have different quality products for different market.; suspension,undercoating,HP,electronic parts and are factory all around world…

I couldn't agree more. Imo, certain vehicles actually look awkward and slab sided with monochrome fenders. The black cladding actually breaks it up more. The Infiniti treatment is just enough and not overdone. I also agree about the chrome, especially where the proper exhaust outlets should be. Genesis does this way better imo.

They finally raised the bar for themselves.

There is ambient light, but it's a lot more subtle than what most are doing... Theres ambient lighting across the the dash under the wood panel that casts a light on the quilted leather and also on the doors under the aluminum trim. It doesn't stand out like crazy like the competition, but I think its more tasteful. The Q60 is surely dead after this gen, no one is buying coupes unless theres a German badge on it. Q50 should be up next on complete redesign, but it's going to be much different than the current car... most likely moving the the electrified platform that is debuting on the Nissan Ariya.

Infiniti and Acura are to Nissan and Honda,respectively,what Cadillac and Lincoln are to Chevrolet and Ford:basically the same vehicles,gussied up some,inside and out with a bigger price tag on them.

@@occckid123 Looks like that is an option to not have the captains chairs , but I don’t think the centre seat is removable like the MDX. Still I’d love to take the Qx60 out to see how it drives

@@spaztekwarrior I personally think Infiniti's feel much more upscale material wise in the interior than Acura's. The 3.5 motor is also bulletproof in reliability and I hate that Honda is going to small turbo engines for big vehicles that stresses the smaller turbo motor out faster and doesn't last as long.

@@jonathanrosillo5507 Well ‘smaller’ turbo. It’s not really small. At 3 litres the engine is the same size as that in a GLC 43… just not pushed as hard. But yeah… there is some thing to be said of a naturally aspirated 6 cylinder.

I have a ‘21 CX-9 Grand Touring, one step under the Signature. The QX60 is defiantly a step up but its also almost $20,000 more. We love our CX-9 which is priced more like a Honda Pilot and Toyota Highland and it is wayyyy nicer than those 2 vehicles. The QX goes head to head with the Acura MDX and Genesis GV80
