I think it’s changed because many people (me included) are now over saturated with stuff and are aging out a bit. I feel confident in my abilities now and know what I like. I own too many blushes, palettes etc… and am not interested in acquiring more. I am also set on what brands I like and generally work for me and not really looking to anyone’s opinions to make my decisions on what to buy. There was a time I’d feel like I needed multiple options, now I know what will just collect dust so am buying less. I still watch some creators occasionally (clearly 😂) but nowhere near the amount I used to. I prefer more commentary while I’m getting ready but am far less likely to watch a straight review. And yes, it’s a fact younger kids are starting out on Tik Tok the way I started out with YT.

I agree. I think a lot of us aged out of some types of makeup. I’m no longer into a full beat every time I wear makeup. My taste have changed so my taste in videos/creators has also changed. And you’re right, I’m much more confident in my knowledge about makeup now. I know what I like and what I don’t. My makeup collection is much more curated now, I’m not as easily influenced anymore. A lot of us have just grown up.

I agree; I'm 44 years old and have definitely settled into a rotation of looks that suit me, my style, and my energy level. I haven't bought new makeup - apart from stuff that needed replacing - in two months, though I'm always willing to look into a groundbreaking new formula or product. The difference now is, I don't just want it for the novelty; I want it because it could potentially fill a gap in my collection I didn't realise was there. It also seems like people are getting more into skincare and self-care (fitness, mental health, reading, cooking, turning our homes into sanctuaries) lately, which is awesome to see.

I was quite lucky to have gone through the stage of learning to apply make-up before the internet had begun. It was through magazines, such as their articles showing the application and making recommendations that I learnt what to do. I'd also look carefully at pictures to see how a look was put together. If I needed advice, I would see the advisors at the beauty counters in the major department stores or query products that I had seen in magazines or on telly. I'm well past needing to watch make-up videos yet do thoroughly enjoy doing so purely for fun or to see a product I'm interested in reviewed. As I no longer live near any stockists of good quality cosmetics, I rely on online shopping which these videos can be rather helpful, depending on the creator. Above all, it's honesty I will always prefer.🇦🇺💖🕊

Oh my gosh. You summed up so eloquently my problem with Kristi’s take on the downfall of the community. “Sometimes when people compare stuff they compare it only to themselves” so so true. This is not an issue that should be looked at from one small part of the community but from a macro view. The community is changing not dying. It’s only dying if the major thing that matters to you is views and sponsorships not makeup. Thank you so much for this video. “The makeup community is so much more and has always been so much more than the top twenty creators” yes!!

When larger creators say the beauty community is dying, I think it's because their own channel isn't getting the same amount of views it did a few years ago. Inevitably when creators grow their channel they start doing a lot of sponsored content and sometimes they change the focus of their channel. Often they don't post as much, only putting out a couple of videos a month. Then their audience gets bored and goes in search of smaller channels who work hard, put out more content and seem more genuine. I see a lot of smaller channels like yours thriving, so no I don't think the beauty community is dead at all!
@annewilkinson9611
@annewilkinson9611 2 года назад
I'd say #1 reason I stop watching or unsubscribe from beauty RU-vidrs is if their content changes into something I'm no longer interested in. For example I like a variety of colourful or neutral looks so if a makeup channel turns into an 100% neutral look barely there channel I'll probably lose interest. Or if a makeup channel turns into a channel about childrearing or home renovation or shopping I'll probably lose interest.

Erin, I still look forward to RBK videos I however will click out of the video if she does too into her postpartum anxiety. Thing is I began to want to watch her because of her and that hasn’t changed for me I’m here for the character development. It’s not the first time nor will it be the last time that RU-vid creators change their content. Important thing is they love what they do or a burn out will happen and then you end up like Safia not into the content you’re actually creating and it shows what’s genuine and what is not. So while I liked both people Kristi seems genuine to me and I’m a fan of that even if I don’t enjoy everything from her I still want to see her story unfold. Meanwhile I was excited about Safia and Tyler have a livestream format until I watched it and it was just so pointless and boring.

Covid honestly made a huge impact on my relationship with RU-vid and cosmetics. Before the pandemic, I watched alot of beauty RU-vid and treated makeup as collectors items. The pandemic changed all that for me. Obviously, I was wearing a mask and wearing less, but I also become more conscious of my spending because of the uncertainty. Covid also made me less inclined to follow the "drama" of other people. RU-vid is a "happy" place for me and I want to keep it that way. I now only follow a handful of beauty channels and don't really watch to buy anymore. It's more about the creators than the makeup for me now.

You make some really good points here about how the pandemic has shifted us! I feel like I’m in the same situation as you and while I still love makeup, it’s definitely the creators that have me coming back to their videos because it IS a happy hobby. I’m kinda glad the big drama people are going away, makes it a happier place all around.
@kimberlyoldschool
@kimberlyoldschool 2 года назад
Interestingly, I went in the opposite direction. I had a tough commute and a lot of work travel pre-pandemic, and while I loved makeup, I was just putting on basic neutral looks each day. With the shutdown, I was suddenly not leaving my house, but I had to be on video all day to do my job, and I had plenty of time to watch beauty RU-vid. My skincare and makeup routines are much more sophisticated now, and I wear heavier makeup because it shows up so much better on camera. So I missed all the drama, but I’m just in time to appreciate creators like Angeschka, who along with Wayne Goss, the Welsh Brothers, etc have really saved my sanity over the past two years.

I feel exactly the same way. I was working from home for 18 months during Covid, and some days I didn’t even put on make-up. With inflation looming, I’m watching what I buy, and ‘trying’ to buy only what I run out of. I do treat myself occasionally. I just enjoy the tips and reviews, and watching RU-vidrs put on their make-up these days.

During COVID-19 I was in lockdown with my four children and our days were extremely busy (virtual learning and taking care of my mother-in-law with Parkinsons Dementia) but we also found time to relax and enjoy things we previously didn't get to. I got into makeup for the 1st time in my life and got to watch creators (like Angie) who make me happy! I also got to experiment with different eyeshadow brands and figure out what I like and don't like. We are all living different lives and have different experiences so it's great we can talk about it and still be respectful 🙏 ❤️ ✨️ 😊

I was a latecomer to the scene, as makeup became my pandemic hobby/coping mechanism. After sifting through different types of content/creators I found the channels I liked, and found a handful that continue to bring me joy, knowledge, entertainment, and a sense of community. In my eyes, the "death" happening concerns elements that have never been interesting to me in the first place. I'm happy to have found what works for me and that there are still a lot of engaging YT creators (Angie certainly being one of them!!) that provide it for us.

I watched the RBK video too. I love her, but it's clear that her interest in the beauty space is definitely Almost gone. She has different adventures to pursue now and I love that for her! I don't think that the beauty community is dead at all. I still think its thriving. The thing that died is the flex over-consumption culture and the ultra influencer that create drama and false persona's. I think lots of viewers now split their attention between lots of medium sized channels. Creators who are fun, positive and creative. Most of my RU-vid viewing is split between beauty RU-vid and creepy pasta. I love channels like yours, Annette's makeup Corner, Hannah Louise Poston, Lauren Mae beauty, Jessica Braun. People who have great energy, passion and just fun personalities. I also adore watching really small creators that have like 400 subs. Just fun, informative and creative without drama or a push to try and sell you more. X

Yes, I'm watching smaller creators way more right now than I ever did big creators back in their days. And in my opinion it's kind of weird to have that opinion when you're not exactly in the community anymore and barely put out content. Which is perfectly fine, most people move on at some point but if she's neither consuming nor producing a lot of beauty content then it's no surprise that she feels like the community is dead
@NiteMareBliss
@NiteMareBliss 2 года назад
I agree! I'd rather do my things I love. I create content because I love doing it... Anything else is a bonus. I've been on RU-vid since 2009. I never cared about drama, I cared about the makeup, that's why I'M still here. ;) I'll never stop watching makeup/skincare content on YT. Edited to add: I get really angry when people say their adsense is pocket change or "nothing"...that comes from a huge space of privilege (and luck in many cases). That "pocket change" could pay all my bills and make it so my hubby wouldn't have to work 60+ hours a week. So I tend to NOT listen to the "beauty gurus". In fact I think the term GURU is outdated. People now seem to prefer those who are more relatable/on their level and not a guru. Most people I know listen to YT beauty vids in the background and say that it's nice to feel like they have a friend who is there just chatting with them about makeup and things in general. I totally 100% agree with you that the beauty community is SO much larger than what people talk about. If they'd do videos on the NON guru beauty community, THEN I'd watch because they're the ones who are doing it because they genuinely love what they do.

I’m so happy to see you using LH cosmetics, I think it’s such an underrated brand! That unreal expectation that any business has to keep growing non-stop… it’s just not sustainable for any business. It’s a bubble. It always pops. That’s how monopolies are established (and the mega RU-vidrs are an example of it), not realistic “markets” where plenty of people can make a living of it. RU-vid had a growth spurt, it piqued, and now it deflated to a more sustainable flow. It stabilised. Why are people so afraid of stability? If some of the mega players were relying on it never deflating… they’re just too stuck up their own egos and bubbles not using practical and logical sense.

It's much less of a monopoly now, and that makes the creators who held the monopoly upset about it. Sucks for them, but the beauty community is way more diverse across race, gender, makeup styles, aesthetics etc. There's something for everyone here now, and so the huge influencers have significantly less of a hold.
@solenedv

Thank you for your insight on this subject ! I genuinely think some of the people saying the community is "dead" spend too much time on social media. Most of people's passions and enjoyment do not go at the pace of social media. You don't "loose interest" in something just because you didn't check the tag on Instagram this week or because you watch maybe one or two video every other day. Lots of people's metrics of a community being dead is just hyperconsumerism and social media addictions. Which is just not how most people enjoy their hobbies 😂
@Renfrihehehes
@Renfrihehehes 2 года назад
I feel like most people complaining about beauty community being dead have a very specific vision: overconsuming beauty products, treating it almost like a "collection", excessive packaging and prices, new releases all the time, possibly problematic top influencers, etc. Most of those factors are now quite different - we try to consume more ethically, brands get (rightfully) cancelled and criticised for bad behaviour, people trust smaller influencers more since they tend not to get excessive pr/sponsorships, we don't get products basically stuffed down our throats. I've personally started following your channel because you shone the light on more indie and europe based cosmetics, since most product US influencers recommended were either very expensive in the EU or just not accessible. I follow Alex Anele because she actually focuses on techniques, I follow the Welsh brothers because i enjoy their personalities. We have a wider variety of beauty related content, more diverse influencers, not just 3 top (white) people making videos on basically the same product that just launched three times a week. I think you're also right when it comes to the drama. I personally prefer when influencers are friends and enjoy each other's company, but it's a common observation that drama attracts viewers.

I've gotta say as a younger person (17 years old, and have been watching since before I was 16), I think the beauty community is healthier than its ever been and much more stable than it was when there was a ton of drama going on. im glad to hear your take on this because I feel as though creators like JuicyJas and Morgan Turner and Allie Glines are still thriving, but its "top" creators such as James Charles and Tati Westbrook who are low on views because of their lack of drama. Their viewers were drama-holics and I have no interest in watching their videos because I dont like the personalities lol

I have a feeling that a lot of people who have been watching beautyTube for a long time already have saturated makeup collections and know how we like to apply makeup. The result I’ve seen is a lot of people migrating towards content focusing on using and enjoying products we already have and offering support for people trying to reduce their consumption.

I don’t think it’s dead. I continue to watch the same RU-vid channels I always have. I do feel like there has been a shift in what creators put out. But honestly I only watch more “mature” beauty channels, lol. I basically unsubscribed to any and all channels that where involved in drama. I also think part is an age thing with TikTok having a younger audience that shifted from RU-vid. I’ve never watched TikTok. I hate the shorts on RU-vid and wish I could hide them.

I'll say what I said on RBK's video as well: honestly, I watch more BeauTube now than ever. I was a late comer to the scene and I never watched the most problematic ones. RBK's channel is by far the largest makeup channel I'm subscribed to, after that I think it's yours! I feel so much more connected to smaller creators, the fact that once in a while we can have a back and forth and I feel like my comments are actually heard makes a difference. I think you are on to something about the people who are "left" in the community. It's about passion for makeup and artistry now, more than about drama 😌

I completely agree with you on this. I would add (from my view as part of the beauty audience) those who are here for the makeup, are probably not here for the drama. I will watch a video to see someone's side of things to decide if I support them or not, but I do not enjoy drama content. I watch makeup videos to relax and hear about makeup.

I think the beauty community is still popping. It's just not the mainstream influencers bringing the heat we want to see. It's the indie influencers and brands. The micro creators who still love the artistry. We don't want to see another video where the creator sold their soul for a morphe code and a lifetime supply of shape tape.

I have a theory on why it would seem to "bigger" creators like it's changing while "smaller" channels aren't feeling that effect. I think that because the following is smaller, it is a much more tight-knit group, or moreso that there is possibly a more pronounced feeling of loyalty and belonging because the exchange between viewers and other viewers and also the creator is very different than it is on bigger channels. It feels familiar, and I think that contributes to people wanting to maintain that respectful exchange, while we all know how some of the comment sections look on channels with more traffic. But that's just a thought of course. It's also naturally a consequence of tik tok and ig taking over more and more. It will probably plateau and either stay or come back up again eventually. YT isn't going anywhere.

So if the BC is "dead" it's b/c its changed so much and alot of us OG/ ride or die makeup fans miss the old content. I enjoyed your thoughts on this topic and I agree the beauty community is not dead, it’s simply changing as everything always does. When so many brands started pumping out new products constantly, people are no longer as excited for every new releases. And With the pandemic and economy I think over consumption of beauty products may be on the wane. Having said that I think the beauty community is thriving. People still look to reviews to make better purchasing decisions, affordable beauty is popular, as is conscious consumption. Previously beauty RU-vid was mostly aimed at the young, but as some of the younger beauty RU-vidrs “grow up” and more older women discover RU-vid for the first time, the mature beauty community is booming! ❤️❤️❤️

This is a great take and delivered with genuine kindness. It's frustrating to see larger creators repeat the "the community is dead!" refrain when what I think they really mean is "the community has changed, or I have changed, and I'm not sure anymore where I fit in." Whenever the algorithm goddess recommends videos like that, I honestly feel a little pang for the creator. Not because I'm sorry that they're not having fun or getting the views anymore, but because the mentality of "the community no longer looks like me or acts like me, therefore it's dead" indicates a missed opportunity for personal and professional growth.

I mean I'm am internet dork so I knew about the drama but never cared about it, and currently I avoid channels that focus on drama. I mean shoot, I enjoy a little gossip now and then lol, but I'm not really invested in it. You are just so sweet and enjoyable to watch and I've learned so much watching you! I don't wear super bright looks like you do but I tend to do dramatic, smokey looks, and it's mostly because of you and Robert Welsh that I'm able to do them successfully. I'm rambling now too 😂 anyway, I love your videos most of the time (I know it's not a popular opinion but I don't love swatch parties lol) and I'm invested in your life and what your Texas experience is going to be like. Also, I love your tattoo. I used to work in a prison and it was genuinely crushing my soul because expecting the best turned out to be really disappointing. I agree with the drama…I was turned off by a lot of it & left for that reason. Many of them started their own brands & it became clear their energy was elsewhere (with good reason). Personally, I started watching youtube's makeup content back in like 2015 because I wanted to know how to do some looks and I was very new to makeup. Back then, everyone was doing tutorials and product reviews so you really could learn a lot. But then, it started being all about drama, overconsumption, massive hauls... And I kinda stopped caring and only stayed with a handful of creators who either do something different and have a genuine on-camera personality, or that talk about other things and makeup is sort of secondary for them (you, Smokey Glow, Theresa is Dead and a handful of others). At the time, I developed an addiction to makeup and couldn't stop buying it even though I have no reason to own 20 eyeshadow palettes. I think especially now that we're sort of recovering from the worst time of the pandemic, a lot of people have just found new priorities (because so many people lost jobs and income, lost loved ones, were sick for a long time, or even if you personally didn't suffer, just seeing the state of the world has made a lot of us just change).

I was so depressed in so much pain idk what even made me open YT but I did I searched colourful makeup and up popped this amazingly gorgeous woman and I’ve been watching every single video ever since, there really is so much more to makeup than the products it’s how it can make you feel it’s how you can forget about the bad stuff for awhile and just have fun playing and learning and watching our favourite creators applying the products and seeing the transformation is so satisfying I love GRWM videos I find so much satisfaction in watching the entire look come together especially the eyes I love eyeshadow so much. Learning that we can trick the eye into seeing something different we can change the shape of our eyes or face just by placement and creating shadows I found it so fascinating and I had to learn how to do it to the best of my ability, am I as good as you Angie absolutely not nope but that doesn’t mean I can’t still have fun and still wear makeup it’s like you say “ I’m a Monet “ from far away it looks great LOL but seriously Angie your skills and talent are very real and very good. I think as much as certain people complained & criticized The Drama, it drove a lot of traffic to their channel. I never watched any of those content creators & I still couldn't avoid hearing about The Drama by Those People. I'm pretty sure most of the channels I watch here on YT within & outside of Beauty Content, are smaller as far as the number of actual subscribers/views they get. When everyone is getting sent the same PR & talking about the same 8-12 brands it does get redundant. I think what's happening is that Beauty Content is diversifying & becoming more niche. Some channels only cover cruelty free products & promote that message, others focus on Indie Brands or No/Low Buys & Panning. Some former beauty content creators have branched out into Lifestyle content or Travel. And some channels specialize in either drugstore affordability & quality or luxury brands. So yeah, I don't think Beauty on YT is dying, it's just that no one person or group of people are dominating like they were before. Or at least not the same people are dominating now that were then. We've also been going thru a global pandemic with pretty broad reaching financial impacts. That is bound to have repercussions throughout the beauty industry including Influencers. As we've seen, a few cosmetics companies have closed their doors permanently but look how many new celebrity/mua brands have launched just this past year. It will be interesting to see how well they do.

Like hardcore makeup lovers will change chanels and platforms but never community. I think that the big influencers say that money for ads is 'nothing' because they're maybe afraid of people who will say that they're money wolves or greedy. It's like when your husband sees that the mailman is delivering something every day and he asks "what did this all cost?!" And then you're like "uhm it was in discount" when actually it costed a lot of money 🤣😰. So yeah I think that some influencers don't want to be honest about the amount of money they're getting for ads.. money talks are still a little taboo I guess.. Sorry english is not my first language so I hope you understand what I'm saying. 😅

I dont think its dead, but i think about how i was in middle or high school 5/8 years ago, and every girl loved watching beauty videos, and a lot of us have grown up now, and matured into different forms of makeup - instead of those “challenge” videos we watch other types of makeup content like reviews of products etc. Before i felt like it was “whats the craziest thing i can do for views” and paint their face but now it seems more editorial or realistic everyday looks. We have continued watching yt, just changing the people and content we watch. Some people just have a younger audience, and eventually we all grown up and grow out of these ‘phases’ as kids we change interests so often that we just dont have time for investing in specific creators anymore :/

I agree that most of the people who were truly watching for the makeup content are still here. I think the huge number "heyday" included a lot of young watchers, that mainly watched for "personalities" more than makeup. I am sure many have grown and changed their lives and watching preferences. I always loved makeup content. Looking at my history, I tend to skip the videos where the creators talk about themselves instead of makeup. It's not that I don't care about them as people, but I do not know them personally, so I do not watch much of that kind of content. Many of those creators of "that time" had to share personal content to keep getting more views, and that crowd that liked that, is less prevalent now. Honestly, I have watched very little Kristy since she stopped talking about makeup, to mainly talking about herself.. 😂

Part of the excitement of novelty is gone. This will open the door for the youtubers who can bring something more to the table than just showing the latest releases be it their own excitement for make-up or other "bonusses" like actual make-up skills or an interesting chat about an interesting topic be that of the quality of the make-up or something else.

You weren’t negative at all. It’s very true that the beauty community isn’t dead or dying, it’s thriving. Only a handful of creators have had a channel decrease and even downfall on RU-vid. If someone is complaining, it’s pretty clear they have a bone to pick with being one of these creators. They have either been one of the channels involved in drama, was becoming only what the very fickle masses wanted to see and that audience is fickle enough to have ditched them, or stopped uploading in even a slightly regular basis. They must not explore the art of makeup which leads to smaller channels. I see a lot of entitlement when they complain about the beauty community. They have to share a piece of the pie with smaller channels now.

Also, when i need to buy makeup or want to buy makeup, I usually have to order things abroad, because you cannot get most things in my country, so i always need to watch multiple reviews by content creators i trust and have similar skin features as I so i can decide what's good. Other days, i dont feel inspired so i go to youtube to watch different kinds of looks that people achieve and get fresh ideas and try new things on myself. all of this doesnt change, because my love for makeup is strong. I change the style of makeup i use, the products i prefer, but i always need to hear creators. i agree that people that left where hung to the drama, like watching a reality show like real housewives o kardashians.

The community isn’t dead. People just got tired of the entitled behavior of many of those so called beauty gurus. Most pivoted into other ventured when their views got low paving the way for smaller channels to emerge with better quality content

The platform didn't change. Many of the big creators said racist things, spread misinformation about health, where exposed to be danger to young people etc.

I love this Linda Hallberg palette. Beautiful look! I wish I could get comfortable with light blue shadow on my own eyes. 😂 I really enjoy your content (reviews, tutorials, chatty GRWM, etc), but I guess I’m just not a fan of the drama. I don’t mind hearing about issues, but I think it can get boring when everyone is ranting about the same thing for a week. Anyway, keep up the great work and enjoy yiur weekends off! 🥂

I am the opposite of the trend right now, I don't love videos talking about makeup unless I'm seeing it applied too. 😅

I am still here because you apply makeup. I think true crime and makeup took a lot of those views. But I get burnt out on true crime.

I’ve always loved makeup, I’ve been watching beauty in RU-vid for more than a decade. I’ve watched a lot of people and there a lot of them that I don’t watch anymore because of drama; I’m too old for that shit. I like people who know makeup, who enjoy it, who focus on it. Let’s be real, most of them aren’t aware of the new releases, don’t give much critical reviews… they just don’t seem that interested about it. It feels like most of them aren’t really part of the beauty community to begin with. 🤷‍♀️

I just started watching the beauty community in late 2019. When I started watching I owned one eyeshadow palette. 2 1/2 years later I own close to 100. I unsubscribed very early from creators who had drama. I’m here to learn how to use my beautiful makeup. I’m also 43 so … 🤷‍♀️

I mostly watch smaller creator channels that focus on actual makeup reviews, looks, and news. Some creators, like you, I watch every single video because I find you honest, relaxing and innovative. Some creators I only watch content that interests me, for example I skip straight up just foundation reviews because I don’t wear it. When I’m stressed out I binge declutter and project pan videos because watching people finish makeup and talk about slimming down their collection is relaxing for me. Random comments. Sorry. Love your channel!

Hi Angi; I watch more beauty content than ever before but I now include micro-content creators as more than half the of the channels I watch. I think the community is far from dead; the neighborhood has just been expanded to include more neighbors.🥰

I agree with you totally on all the new followers coming for the drama of it all. Not the beauty community in general. Let’s take RBK for example. She posted that video were she used her microscope to look up close to the lipsticks from Jaclyn Cosmetics. She got 4.2 MILLION subscribers after that. Today she’s back to 1.5 M. That alone shows that millions were only there for the drama.

RBK has never had that many subscribers - she had that many views on that video. Not the same thing. She only just hit 1M subscribers in like late 2020. But I get the point you're trying to make. Of course it's going to feel like the community is dead when she used to have videos get huge views like that and now she's getting like 100k on videos.

Some people need to learn that just because their interests have changed doesn’t mean all of our interests have changed.

I'm still here watching makeup content after seven years because I LOVE makeup. It's my passion and my daily creative outlet. I also now watch antiMLM content and recipe/ lifestyle content because my interests have grown. I definitely think the beauty community is alive and strong albeit with a face-lift. It's more centered on makeup (with a rise in indie brands) instead of having clout and flexing on wealth sprinkled throughout. Just my humble opinion. It's changed, but it's also thriving.

OMG Angie! Your hair is so gorgeous!!! Ps. I agree that youtube is not dead, but I do believe it has slowed down. I been here through every drama, viral video, armagedon, whatever but I will always love makeup and will always watch this kind of content

The beauty community is alive and well. There are so many beauty content creators that I follow! I’ve been watching RU-vid since MUG (Marlena) had a small channel, so I’ve been here for a loooong time! I will say that my content consumption has evolved over time, but my love of beauty has remained. Ever since the huge drama that surrounded a few big RU-vidrs before the panini, I moved away from commentary channels and from creators involved in drama. I don’t want to be mentally dragged into dumb drama; there’s a LOT going on in the world and my own life, and I don’t need to learn about petty fights that add nothing positive at all. I want makeup to be fun, I want to enjoy the content that I watch, I want to learn new skills and facts, get inspired, and that’s it. Feeling that I can relate to the content creators that I follow, and knowing that I can support them so that they can keep on creating, is a great bonus. Great content, Angie! Love ❤

I think that when there are large gaps in content sometimes people move on. I think she will eventually get the big views again, I'm sure I'll start watching her again at some point maybe come summer when I'm less busy. But you and 4 other beauty channels I will watch every video posted. Honestly you could post a toaster review and I'd still watch it 😂😂😂
