HELLO LADS! Aiden here back with another video for you all. Today I'm broadening my motorsport horizons as I finally give the BTCC a go, as I head to Silverstone for the penultimate round of the championship. Is it any good? Lets find out... Enjoy x

HI! I'M SOMEONE WHO DOESNT WATCH BTCC I find it weirdly difficult to get into non-open wheel motorsports but even then i do always enjoy watching clips and highlights of series like this

I feel like whenever you see highlights for series like this, it makes you realise how dead the racing in F1 is sometimes lol

The best thing about series such as BTCC (or, well, 95% of motorsport, to be honest) is that you don't need years of research to know whom to support. You just choose the maker of car you or your dad/your mate had. VW won? Nice, one of my mates is in a VW owners club. On the other hand, I don't know anyone who drives around in a Williams, and though my hometown has a massive psychiatric hospital, I don't recall seeing anyone riding a red (or any other coloured) bull.

I've been to touring cars at Knockhill for the past few years and everything you said was spot on. I met Michael Crees in the bar at the circuit on the Saturday night while he was having a pint with his team! Theres nothing cooler than just randomly bumping into a racing driver while on the piss 😂

Been watching BTCC since 2013 and supported Adam Morgan since went to my first race in 2018 Thruxton and watched Adam Morgan win the final race of the day but overall BTCC is a fun racing series to watch lovely fans and battles and title fights going down to the wire between 5 different drivers

I have been watching BTCC since I was a kid, I went to the 2022 season finale at brands hatch and it was awesome, with F1 you would never get to walk the pit lane in the morning on race day and get the chance to meet the drivers for a standard admission ticket

Been a BTCC fan a while, there are some factors I appreciate like the access but I think as a BTCC fan, we were given things to us and might have taken them for granted like Neal vs Plato, the great title fights every year, 10+ manufacturers in the series, 32 cars etc. no with the hybrid though. it’s still good but some races can become processional. Overall, love the appreciation you’ve given it because for me it’s one of the most underrated series in the world

Yeah tbf, when I was researching I saw quite a few people complaining about the current regs but didn't want to confuse it all too much by getting teddy ahah. Glad you enjoyed the vid tho!

Love the btcc been watching for years and my goodness it’s been fantastic however the hybrid hasn’t helped the racing unfortunately but it will get there and love the access but the racing is what makes it for me
