today I show tell you guys what it is like owning an e36 as my first car and what it is like still owning it and using it as my only car for nearly 3 years now.
my first car was an e36 and it’s been over a year. get one. it’s a good decision and a great platform to learn how to work in cars with. they’re dummy easy to maintain
@@steezgodtom thanks for making this video brah. it’s good to hear someone with a brain that doesn’t tag along the “shitty BMW” train because nobody knows how to take care of their shit lol. i got 230k miles on mine and drive it everyday with no issues
Bought an automatic 95 m3 in 2018 at 19 years old and I am just getting to putting in a manual in it. But I CAN'T say anything bad about this car at all. Besides doing injectors, spark plugs, etc. This car hasn't let me down once! Would get a non m3 though unless you can afford it!
E60 was my first car i worked for to get and that n52 was amaxing i still have it 8 years later and i just turned 30. My second car is going to be an e36 318i im oicking up from a friend. Hoping to m50 or s52 swap it.... The one thing i have to say is tho you're right. Older NA bmws really matures you with time. Helps you to really prioritize your business in life.
S/W210 is a great alternative, they’re cheap, FR, luxurious for their age and they look good imo. Rust is a major problem tho. Volvo 2/7/900 series are cheap, RELIABLE, FR, very easy to work on but pretty non luxurious and basic. Nice vid
check out FCPeuro.com thats the best place to get a lot of maintenance parts. id say the parts are affordable, not exactly "cheap" BUT they are quality parts AND have a lifetime warranty on everything! check out prices on normal maintenance iteams and make your decision there. working on these cars is legos though, very simple for the common repairs!
