Yes. It’s actually the ultimate truck. Best off-road capabilities. Convertible. Hauls things. Pulls things. Accessories out the wazoo. I love mine. In a manual!
Consider removing the soft tonneau and installing a Softopper brand topper. I replaced mine this spring with the Softopper and it was the best move. They’re just under $1k and install in minutes. It’s a cheaper option than a fiberglass hard shell that are around $3,500. You’ll never go back to a tonneau again. I found my Softopper used on Marketplace for $500.00.
You certainly wash yours a heck of a lot faster than I wash mine LOL Definitely the best dad truck I have a Hydro Blue Pearl 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave it rolled off the assembly line May 25th 2021 I love this truck best truck I've ever owned
My Dad, Single parent. Regular Cab guy, longer bed dude. I think Jeep may respond, with a cab plus. A 2door truck, with at least 6.5' bed. Absolutely perfect, for many .
Dad with a Glad. It's been perfect. Compliments my wife's grand cherokee when the outings require more stuff, eg. bikes, grills or beach stuff. I'm 6'3" and have had no headroom issues at all. Thanks for sharing your height. I have some concerns about how tall my High Altitude would be with 2.5" MOPAR lift. Many garages in the city are 6'7" clearance. Looks like you are still a hair taller than the jeep at 6'5". Is that accurate?
As always great video. I definitely need to look into another cooler as mine is like a inch shy of being able to close my factory hard tonneau cover! I opted for the sound deadening from the factory on my hard top and it helps a lot I would say on high speed wind and hot Florida weather too!
Thanks! Yea I think the soft cover gives me a little extra flex because it is a tight squeeze. I can see where would be problem with the hard cover. That's good to know, I need to look into that for my hard top as well
Congratulations on the family! Since you've had the Mojave for awhile can you compare the ride to other 4x4's, especially other Gladiator trims? I spend a lot of time on muddy, rutted logging roads. This suspension seems to be the best for soaking up bumps but there's no way I can test drive one in those conditions. Also how is the air conditioning system? I live in Florida and like a cold cab! You answered the question on the seats. I'm 5'10" so it sounds like no problem there. BTW, I've owned four 4wd vehicles and driven many many others. Please don't lift or level and put on giant wheels and tires. I've seen more nice trucks ruined messing with the suspension. Companies spend millions on engineering and testing to optimize performance. The Mojave in particular seems to be highly tuned. The only exception would be hardcore off-roading/rock-crawling. Otherwise it's unnecessary and just for appearances. JMHO.
For sure, I can talk about that in a future video. I will say it soaks up the bumps quite nicely. We have a lot of roads with potholes and basically just in rough shape and the Mojave takes all that in stride. But yea good idea for something to cover more in depth in a future video. For the AC I'd say it's extremely effective. My wife is very particular about the AC and she loves it in the Mojave. The seats are very close to the vents and even in our hot, humid summers in Kansas it keeps us cool almost instantly. And totally agree. I love the suspension/wheel/tire setup from the factory so I'm not planning to mess with that at all!
@@MatthewBrownVlog Thank you. I look forward to a review on the ride. And I'm really glad to hear the AC is effective. My current Frontier King Cab 4x4 is like an ice box but the cab is small. Black cars are out of the question for me. It's like an oven during the Summer if it's been sitting in the sun. Thanks again! Oh and nice drone. My nephew who also is a computer science guy really likes the brand.
@@Malc664 I would agree that factory shocks sometimes aren't as good as aftermarket alternatives. That wouldn't apply to the Mojave of course. However what I was more referring to was a combination of lifts and levels and wider negative offset wheels and taller/wider/heavier typically Load E tires.
I just sold my lifted 14 jku to buy a gladiator. The lifted gladiator rides much better! How are you keeping the groceries from sliding all around the bed?
I have a 21 Willys Edition, love it. What did you use to clean yours. I noticed it doesn't look like you had to do any scrubbing and it came out great.
Nice! The Willys edition is cool. So for maintenance washes I use Adam’s car shampoo with a foam cannon. Every few months I do a quick clay bar and Adam’s has a product called h20 guard and gloss I apply. Also use Adam’s detail spray to dry too every wash. That stuff is magic. That’s my general routine
When I was growing up any more than 1 wife, and one child, you bought a Suburban, or Estate Buick wagon. Truck was more for Single dudes, or single dude want to be's. 3 car seats! Was not part of conversation. There are a lot of quad cab pickups out there. Enough already!
The 2020 and 2021 Jeep Gladiators all models are developing leaking axle seals on primarily the rear drivers side. Jeep knows this and are replacing the axles under warrenty. There is a good chance that a recall is coming soon.
