I tear through Boston on a RGS so before I even clicked on this I was like 'yeah, no problem'. At the end of the day any bike is fine in the city depending on the rider

Truth - However, I think some are definitely better suited than others, but at the end of the day, if you have the will and skill to do it any bike will work

Sure the Lowrider ST is a great bike but an FXR is more compact and nimble navigating city riding. Thanks for the tour of my old neighborhood!

I live in Austin TX now but was born in the Bronx, and worked and played in Brooklyn & Manhattan most of my life. I turn 62 next month and buying a new bike. I knew buying a heavy bagger just wasn't vibing with me. My last bike was a 825 lb StreetGlide with a sluggish 88 cubic inch engine. When I saw this new Low Rider ST with a massive 117 inch monster and weighing 100 lbs less than the StreetGlide I knew immediately this bike is for me. I am going to be cruising locally around Austin and also doing longer rides in the Texas Hill Country which I hear is some of the best roads in the country for bikers. Only mod I plan on making is adding new pipes and either doing a stage 1 or 2. I do NOT like going 100 MPH on a motorcycle but LOVE going from 0 to 60 as quickly as possible. So not sure what the Harley techs would recommend for someone who prefers torque over HP. Any suggestions from you would be greatly appreciated. And thanks again for the video. Always makes me smile when I see pictures from any of the boroughs in NYC. Safe travels my friend🙏

Yeah that was actually my bike of choice for a commuter for years for that reason, we still have a 1988 Sportster 883 that is unkillable.

My family catered weddings an made wedding cakes. At a wedding, tattooed cover sleeved guy asked if my bike was for sale? Anything for right price. This guy was leader of motorcycle club in Portland. He came back with trailer an said, club members put money together for my bike to be sold to a club member. That is kind of biker club I want! I used that money to cash out my Dyna.

No doubt it can....If a Dyna could do it?...So could your LRST...My 700lb plus Dyna FatBob is pretty much set up like your LRST minus a frame mounted fairing...I have a Memphis Shades Batwing Fairing...And it Slides through the LA Freeway Traffic effortlessly...
