Added this controller to my Amazon cart for my Steam Deck. I'm a casual gamer, so I'm glad that I don't have to fork over $150+ for a nice controller.

If only it would work with Xbox, I'd be sold 1000% for this as an option. We need more companie to keep pushing the Hal Effect controllers so the big 3 will follow suit finally.

I can tell you one thing, don't worry about Microsoft. They see the popularity and importance of hall effect sticks. Just wait till June. You'll see what I mean.

I just got mine today and i haven't had any issues with it. Had no issues when changing the setting on the controller while playing a game, tested it on Helldivers 2, First Descendants, Flash Party, Multiversus and Warframe. Rumble works fine, mapping works, trigger locks work, buttons feel nice and connected to pc with no issues.

This is definitely a budget version of the Apex 4, but with some surprising advantages, such as the included docking station (that can also store the dongle), a proper screen and the choice of two colours. That being said, the Apex 4 blows this out of the water when it comes to actual performance and features. For the price of this controller, I'd go for the Vader 4 Pro instead, which is much better quality and less gimmicky.

The v2 version of this is a massive improvement, and actually worth recommending as a budget version of the Apex 4.

Awesome video! This Manba controller seems to be a pretty good value for everything included. Annoying that it'll mess with your game every time you make an adjustment on the controller screen though. I need to hear your thoughts on the Candy Con from GameStop. Supposedly it has hall effect joysticks. You da man, keep rockin' it!

I appreciate that. 👍🏻 As for the Candy Con, I didn't see it at my local Gamestop. I'll continue to keep an eye out for it. I did check it out online, but I'll wait till I can get it in store due to my points.

Wow, it looks really good and has great features for the price. I'd be really interested as to how low the latency of the controller is and if it's overclockable. If it's 1000hz im definitely buying it.

Remember the M buttons on the bottom are also macros, not actual mappable buttons from what I have seen.

Also, the fact you cant use in game menu without having the controllor screen menu being messed with, is a no go

Well, you can get it on Amazon, so you have security in your purchase. As for the build quality, I was surprised how good it is. My only real complaint about the build is that bottom piece.

Its on the Xbox side. I bought the controller and it works perfect on my PC all the time.

No it's for PC. I heard there are aftermarket adapters to convert it, but Xbox put out an update so most of them don't work. You guys find the right one to get to work and it isn't guaranteed. It's a hassle.

Because it isn't licensed for Xbox. If it isn't licensed, it won't work now.

@@voltron771001An update was released by Xbox and is the exact reason why this controller won't connect to an Xbox console. Microsoft is not allowing any non-licensed controllers to be compatible with the Xbox console.
