What a solid review, I love seeing these videos from you because you keep your reviews real and honesty would prefer to hear things from you than someone with a few millions subscribers. Real and organic means more. Good video!
I like this review. It really points out the important points to look for when considering today's handhelds. I'm definitely keeping tabs to draft my 1st current gen handheld. Thank you!
I predict if major updates don’t come that are game changers for the Claw by holiday time, it will be heavily discounted to $599 or cheaper even. I have no interest in a non AMD handheld
God i love mine, i got the utlra 7 1tb for 650€ with a travel case, and now with the updates it outperfoms my old steamdeck lcd 256gb in nearly every point
Most of the performance issues have now been improved with the current drivers and firmware, BIOS v1.10 definitely makes a big step up along with mature Arc (Core Ultra) drivers now.
Absolutely agree! As I said at the end I only recommend it if you really want an Intel/MSI device lol otherwise the other competitors are better priced and have been on the market long enough for updates that improve performance and bugs. But I think the Claw, in time with updates, could be a worthy recommendation but that is still TBD
I’m reviewing it while considering it can improve. Was the legion go flawless at launch? Was the ally flawless at launch? No. They are now. But they deserved grace at launch that wasn’t granted. I told you all I think the AMD options are better for now. But I’m also keeping the door open to the possibility that this could improve because history shows us so far that it will. But like I said. It maybe too late.
The Ally was just as bad when it first came out🤷♂️ I had it day one. It’s been out over a year and had tons of software updates so of course it’s going to be better now.
@@KillerCam1020 not really the Intel chip in the MSI definitely made it worse at launch due to Intels drivers being worse than amd. Lots games glitches and errors specifically related to the Intel drivers
