Great review! The Rock Creek edition starts at $35,420 You crack me up with your Innuendos! As far as a "sunroof" not with that roof rack, I'm like you, I never use them anyway!

I own and love my 2023 Rogue Platinum, dark red with tan leather. But as others have commented, I wish it had another 100 hp. I don't mind the CVT. Love the quiet, comfortable cabin, especially for long roadtrips.

I think a bump from a 1.5L turbo to a 2.0L turbo with 49 additional HP to bump it up from 201 to 250 HP would help it out. It also needs a bump from 225 lb-ft of torque to 255 lb-ft of torque with the 9-speed automatic from the Pathfinder to make this more unique in this segment

Actually has highest power and fuel economy in class for a non-hybrid. 201hp/225ftlbs and 37mpg highway. None of the 2.5L 4-cylinder competitors really come close.

Don't know why there is so much hate for "soft roaders" but this is all any family on a camping trip will ever actually need, without the huge compromises of a hardcore offroad version. Looks great!

I feel the same way. That’s why I like the pathfinder rock creek, I wanna be able to go to Costco or take the family on a trip and be able to hit some easy trails to a camp site or fishing/shooting spot.

@@abefroman70 Having that small of an engine carry around a car like this requires tons of boosting. Just way too much strain for longevity. It's great however if you get rid of it after 5 years. Nissan and CVT's don't mix. History of massive problems with relatively low miles.

Looks sharp! Between the CVT, the VC Turbo motor, AND the depreciation hit on Rogues I would be very interested in this for a LEASE option. The motor is peppy and ideally paired with a CVT to allow it to rev and boost when you want to go. I do not want to be the one holding the bag at 60-100k miles if a CVT or motor go down AND you're buried on the value of the vehicle too.

I wouldn't own another nissan cause of the cvt transmission. I've learned my lesson with my 2013 sentra. I was out of 3k for a transmission with labor

If the CVT was swapped out for a traditional automatic, then maybe potential buyers will give this SUV some consideration. Otherwise, this is more of a Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness competitor/alternative than anything else.

My favorite Japanese car brand and actually way before Toyota, Honda and Hyundai is NISSAN INFINITI 🇯🇵 Best designed and truly long lasting Japanese brand that has allll their year models on the road. Sorry Toyota Honda Toyota and Mazda.....Nissan is basically saying we are better.
