Filipino Seafarers is one of the best in the world . But nowadays neighboring countries seafrers are moving forward and Filipino Seafarers are being threthen. - Because Filipino Seaman are getting expensive for Managers and Owners . And Filipino are geting more complains and demand .

ang seaman nga daw po natatandaan ko pa nung 4th engineer pa ako sabi ng Chief engineer ko na ang pag aaral daw sa ba barko ay walalng katapusan ngayon ko nauunawaan yon dahil sa mga makabagong teknolohiya sa mga makabagong barko.
