It's a baby T110E5 at T8. Good tank but the tumor on top can make it painful, especially fighting T9 and T10 tanks.

Yeah, armor is way worse compared to e5 tier to tier. E5 have this bath-shape lower plate, Rene dosen't

I dont really understand why you say you must load the gold with renegade. I would understand if it had sub 210 pen but 226 pen is more than enough pen most of the time, plus normalisation benefits means that you only realistically get like 15mm of extra penetration. Just uneccessary to spam gold most of the time.

Right i only use standard rounds too because the gold ammo isnt really that much better :D

You are forgetting about the speed difference. The APCR makes landing shots much easier at distance.

i don't think if anything is "must" in this game, Skiel's one of the best, but doesn't mean we can't be success in our own way. I think the whole point of being good in WoT is know how to make the right decision for certain situations, including using the right type of ammunition. you can see him change some time to time.

My last Rene session is beautiful, 51 games with 2k2 dmg average. Its still a good tank but need game mechanics, positions understand AND know how to deal with huge weakspot.

I dislike this tank. Enemies always hit the cupola. That one point makes the rest of the tank not worth it.

I use to Only Watch QB and ignore the other CC’s but then I watched one of Skills vids last Year and Fell in love with this Man. Now I watch Skill, QB, Iyouxin and Sometimes Dez. I dont Understand The full “Beef” or whatever between Skill and QB but idc cause I watch for the Content and Laughs not DRAMA

I started with QB many years ago but slowly got a bit pissed off with his excuses and 'godlike' attitude. Then i found Skill and was hooked as he is far more chilled to watch. This last year I'm getting more into Iyouxin for same thing but he also does his High Level Commentary and i find this great with more advice on gameplay and tactical strategies. kajzoo is a recent addition as he is fun also.

@@arif11011 if you google ''Quickybaby skill'' there is a good Reddit page about the whole thing.. Basically its about a Stream that QB was hosting and Skill got involved and lots of people were just chatting about Skill and QB got a bit upset that it was his Stream and its all about him 😄 So he blocked and put a Chat Ban on Skill.. To be honest as with all this rivalry its often silly but stories change all the time. Saying that, the general consensus is QB is a bit of a dick

Hmm, to buy the Rene or Str K? I already have 5 of Tier 8 US prem heavies (6 when I have WoT+) but I know the Rene is better for it's tier. I just don't like the tumor...

If you can play well with renegade u can play well with any heavy tank. This tank is truly a beginner killer

This tank has everything the T34 can only dream of except the penetration and the alpha and even that isn't that much different, because the rate of fire feels nice: almost 4 seconds less of rate of fire between 2 american heavies with only 40 damage difference in alpha. It has decent mobility, a weak spot as all tanks should have, ok armor that works against equal tiers but struggles vs high caliber guns (don't sidescrappe with this thing), decent penetration with 226 as standard and 255 with gold, decent gun depression and great gun elevation to cover your cupola.

The gun on this tank makes it hard not to play. Even with the weak spot a little wiggling and shaking you can bounce some shots.

Rene is amazing. Its got enough alpha to trade and good dpm and gunhandling. I find most people dont shoot cupolas and the mobility makes shooting cupola harder than it seems. It takes some skill to unlock its true powers.

This tank in your hands is nowhere near what this paid WoT seller is showing. Just look at his penetration rates. They are extremely high and cannot be based solely on skill. A different RNG is running here. And anyone who thinks that the manufacturer cannot influence the course of the game for individual players should just keep dreaming.

Each and every video i watch from your posts you always say gold ammo is the way to play the tanks . Dude we all know that it's better, but for the free to play players it's easier said than done coz it automatically puts them off from playing these tanks your'e showcasing in this way. So why not present your content playing more with standard ammo. Or are you simply catering for the PTW players?

If you have issues with credits then just don’t play tanks that need gold? Bond store has patriot, defender and Lorraine are all tanks that don’t need gold, and f2p players generally don’t even buy tanks so it’s not an issue.

Skill says the truth that u are in struggle if u use the standard ammo with this tank and skill uses the standard ammo once in while but other players just loads gold.

Man, if you want to save credits just play Frontlines or the Arcade Cabinet game mode with credit boosters. Nowadays, tanks like the IS-3, the Renegade, the Liberte...these tanks have roughly 220-240mm and they are constantly meeting tier X, you need gold to pen E-100 cheeks, Maus and stuff and even the cupolas of some tanks. You could use gold vs heavies and standard vs medium and light tanks but that requires you to read the map a lot more. If you care about winning, you have no other choice to use gold in many situations. Train intuition, flank other tanks and switch ammo, that will help you.
