scar is too sexy to not use, especially in FDE. the 5.56 one is really cheap too. I am 100% an aesthetics > performance enjoyer although you can get some really good functional guns. final rating: small blue pill solid

not gonna lie- ive never been a huge fan of the 7.62 scar, but i love the 5.56 scar, idk something about just how big the damn gun is taking up half my screen, and also the low capacity- i mean if im rockin a 20 rounder i usually just semi tap anyways so might as well go with sr25 or rsass, but thats just me. overall the gun is still fine imo and youll forsure shred with it, but ya not my cup of tea

@@choomanji yeah going loud on that caliber is great, way more ergo and it's only one recoil off the meta suppressor. I do it with sa-58 builds too

SCAR-H is solid. just don't run it suppressed. gotta use the lantac BMD will all the fixings. full auto CQC only

in the hands of Tony anything is great. as for the platform I really enjoy both the L and the H. I try keep the guns on the smaller side as I like have some mobility with my weapon platform. but they are both easy to control and you can full auto spray both of them if you have to

I love the SCAR, 16 and 17, both really cool guns. I'll probably never buy one, not because they're expensive (my edc pistol is almost that much), but because FN decided to build the best suppressor host in the history of rifles....and then tells you your warranty is void if you put a can on it. AND it kills optics like no other. Fuck. What I really want is .300BLK barrels to just work in AR platforms. I can clone all of my real guns in Tarkov except my 300. You know, my favorite.

Every short stroke gun I’ve shot IRL has such snappy recoil. From SVT-->AR-180-->416/17. I’d imagine Scar as well.

The 5.56 scar is pretty good. I used it for the first time the other day and it barely had recoil on an ergo build.

I mean all 7.62x51 guns suffer this wipe since M80s is locked behind lv4 peacekeeper. Its easier just to run 5.56 or 5.45 guns since you get decent ammo earlier. RIp my RFBAE.

I’m still a firm believer in the idea that the most expensive part of your kit in tarkov should be ammo. Why use anything but a SVT and the best ammo.

Because that’s not fun… im not bragging nothing but Im sitting at 56 million. I run 500K kits every raid and I have a absolute BLAST running meta M1A’s pushing everything in armour that will actually keep me alive. Gotta experiment with all the guns not just one

I *would* agree, but it's still a video game. Playing optimally and having fun should have some overlap. I've found that when I drop into the single millions, hunting a reshala or raiders gives you decent guns, ammo, and kits if you don't thorax. Then you only have to buy a few things.

Why? Because some players in this community have these things called “balls”. Because some people are actually good at the game and can kill you with other guns and ammo. Because some people actually hold themselves to a certain standard in everything they do in life, and using the svt and svt only is scum behaviour that is below them.

Scar is valid but mainly the .308 scar. Anything that shoots that round and has the capability to go full auto for close range point fire swings etc. and has good scope choice for single fire is gonna be super solid. But for .556 there are many better options. The scars both have trash ergo tho compared to the better handling and mostly better performing MDRs, which fill the same use as the scars but do it better. The scars are so damn cool looking tho that u cant help but pull one out every so often

Lately I’ve started using the 7.62 MDR again and that thing rips through people with m62 or 61. Short/medium distance works the best, which fits my play style perfectly since I pretty much only run shoreline and labs.

Scar is basicly my favorite gun in all games and running 7.62 scar loud just takes it to another level. 5.56 is meh, but I still use it for a cool factor.
