Is the term Neurodiverse too big? 

I 100% agree, I've had a hard time wording this, but you just hit it on the head

I grew up suing leanring differences as the term. Im glad its still an appropriate term

Almost like there’s such a multitude of mental deficiencies and using a broad coverage term isn’t doing yourself justice because if you have a mental deficiency you should go to a medical health professional and be diagnosed with your specific deficiency. Then you can say “I specifically have adhd” instead of “I’m neurodivergent”. Then you can accurately express your symptoms with others and have a more accurate articulation of your personal diagnosis.
