It’s kinda funny how you phrased “is it worth it?” As if guests are only going to pay to go to the wizarding worlds. But let’s not forget you’re still getting an entire park and all the experiences and shows that come with it. So when you factor in all the other things, it’s totally worth it.

I can’t answer for non-fans, but if you enjoy the books and (especially) the movies, then trust me when I tell you that the experience is absolutely worth it. There are levels upon levels of details to see, hidden corridors to explore, just so much to take in. I agree that if you look at just the price related only to Harry Potter then it seems expensive, but to me that’s backward. Buying a park to park ticket gets you into both Universal lands, with all that they have to offer. Getting to experience the world of Harry Potter is a total bonus!

It’s totally worth it! Just don’t go at peak season. It’s the most cohesive and realized fantasy experience in the world!

I am not a Harry Potter fan. Everybody else in my house is. And I've seen all the movies. But they just don't grab me like LotR does. So this is from that perspective... Going to Universal just for the Harry Potter stuff is absolutely worth it. You don't have to be a fan to appreciate what they've done here. The immersion is amazing. I'm not sure about the Hogsmeade Express though. For a true fan, yes it's a must do. And you must go from London to Hogsmeade and experience platform 9 3/4 etc. But for a casual fan that has a budget, that is the only perk for park to park. You still have to do both parks to visit Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. But the casual fan can, and may should, do each park on separate days.

Not a Harry Potter fan and my brother absolutely hates hp, so he’s only told me the bad things but despite that the land is amazing, I think he’s just being closed minded

I'm not a harry potter fan. Though I've seen all the movies. The rides are great experiences even if you're not a potterhead. Although forbidden journey makes me so nauseous. It made me more nauseous than kumba from BGT and that ride makes me quite motion sick.

As someone that isn't an HP fan and has no interest in this land... is it worth it. I think it depends on if you're a HP fan. As a non-fan, yeah, it's a cool place done very well. But to me, they don't need to have 3 separate lands for it. Spread the love to other IPs. However, since it's their big money maker, we'll just keep getting more and more of HP I beleive.

I was not a fan. We did it for our kids, but it was so amazing that I’ve watched the movies just to see what parts the land is themed after. It is just so immersive that we keep going back every year and still find new things we didn’t notice before.
