The high-grain rounds is basicaly a free atachment slot as the recoil changes barely affect the gun, and you get a flat 15% to range and bullet velocity, countering the velocity nerf and giving more range
@@Anthony_LI only play MP and the first attachment I put with this kit was the high-grain rounds, range is still important in MP when you play a lot with long line of sight so ;)
One thing to note about the kit: It'll over-ride any boosts to vertical recoil caused by attachments. (so any foregrip that lowers horizontal recoil but increases vertical recoil will only do the former, for instance)
What if I use attachments that harm vertical recoil and boost Horizontal? Basically we’re getting free horizontal with no downside to vertical that’s sick
@@cool_cat007smoove3 no doubt. I've played on my nephew's gaming setup like with a chair and a monitor and all up close and it's so much better for gaming. But I'd still rather kick back in my recliner
Same dawg. I was into PCs and all that for years but I'm in my 30s now and enjoy playing on the big TV while my tired ass lays in bed. I'd rather be comfy than do better
The fact that they designed these games as if everyone is on a pro gamer setup is crazy. The sound and footsteps and the visibility terrible for the average consumer
@@chandlerfletcher4317 ☝🏾🤓 Wrong. AW default AK12 sights were different. Maybe you're thinking of the RIP variant but that was just the Ghost model ported over, they both have the same sights.
If you have a skin for that long aluminum barrel with all the rails, you can equip it *to the aftermarket part,* which makes the rear sight float. You can combo it with the non-visible ADS laser to make a pretty cool sight picture.
The Kastov 762 can actually get a two shot in single fire if both shots land to the head, if anyone is interested in combining that fact with the near zero recoil the kit provides.
Also the kv broadside amp can 2 shot with only 1 headshot and thw m4 amp can 2 shot anywhere. Also the dm56 can 2 shot headshot with no recoil either on the head. This amp is straight redundant
You have to use this kit in a specific way for the 762. I use high grain rounds, eagle eye optic, sonic suppressor, and the grip that eliminated horizontal recoil. This build ends up increasing your range and velocity over the base 762, and you can beam people across the map and over large distances. You can even out gun snipers at distance with it
I used to be able to control the MG4 in battlefield 4, huge rpm huge recoil. Now i cant control shite, even just last year i could control the so 14, not anymore
I think this kit is primarily designed for KBM players like myself. Because as I was using it Ace, I was like you in that my muscle memory had me pulling down my mouse to control the recoil and it made me less accurate. But as a KBM player, I could see this being very helpful in the long-range fights against AA players, especially in WZ
The Casus Brake and JAK Glassless Optic pretty much gets rid of all the visual recoil on the Kastov 762 in my experience. Although sometimes I like to replace the Casus Brake with the Scratch-20L Suppressor.
so i unlocked this during a match last night, on shipment no doubt, and went ahead and threw it in and used it in that match. i couldn't figure out what was going on. i didn't know anything about the kit or what it did. i didn't like it. after that match i went into the gunsmith and read about the kit and thought cool. went into the firing range and yeah i had to consciously think don't counter recoil. so if you can get it in your head there's no recoil to counter it's kinda cool
It's funny how you mentioned you are less accurate with this kit because of how little recoil it has. I've always had the same issue with past "meta" weapons in Warzone. The less recoil I can "feel" or "visualize", the more inaccurate I am with that gun. Strangely I'm the same way with snipers. Whenever we had a bugged hitscan sniper in Warzone, I could never hit a moving enemy at range, because I couldn't help but lead shots.
TTK is slower, but you are PROBABLY hitting more shots...so the TTK numbers are misleading. The Odin had one of the best TTK's in WZ1/MW2019 but most people were not getting that TTK
I think this barrel is based off the recoil system in the AEK-971, which has an extra rod that moves forward, while the reciever moves back to reduce the recoil on the gun
I think the best thing about this kit is the fact that it completely if not mostly elminates side to side randomized recoil and visual recoil of 762 and makes it really smooth to fire in longer bursts.
The funny thing is that you can also put the bfb or as I like to call it the super muzzle brake on the kastov 762 in addition to having the Jak raven kit on it which provides even more recoil control. The one thing I want the idiot devs to do would be to make it where we can also have the flamethrower or the chainsaw attachment on mwii guns
Hey Ace. Couldn’t agree more. I was having so much trouble not pushing down on controller. Decided that’s it’s better to not “unlearn” recoil control. So yeah won’t be using any more. Thanks as always for your content
I still use this in 6v6 and it's really nice. It took a minute to get used to not controlling recoil. I like just being on target without having to think as hard. It's better on the 762, and the change in TTK is barely even noticeable. The change there is getting a little overstated here since you're functionally never going to get it. In practice, it's fine and gives room for other attachments.
The only thing I'd change in this kit is that I'd increase the ranges. I'm a big fan of recoil control in weapons so this kit was tailor made for me, so much so that I'm finally branching out into other attachments that help me in other ways that I'd otherwise never use, like the meele damage increase muzzle and mobility increasing grips and stocks. 9/10
@@valakivalakifalvai137 if you want a literal beam to mess around with yeah, I’m sure it’s gonna get nerfed soon though but it’s fun while it’s here. Even with a 5x scope the reticle stays on target without touching the analog stick 😂
@@Anthony_L IDK, I generally don't find recoil to be an issue with guns with better handling/ttk, though I only play 6v6 so maybe wz/gw players will find it more useful on 100+ m fights
I absolutely love this kit myself. The TTK changes are, in my humble and non-professional opinion, a totally moot point for such a massive improvement to accuracy. As someone who plays with K&M the ability to turn my brain off for recoil is relatively easy and a boon. I play with a fairly high DPI so the less I need to consider pulling the better, and I can then just focus on tracking. Plus, it fits into all the niche weapons I like. Lachmann 556, STB 556, TAQ-56, and then both Kastov 545 and 762 are among my best performing rifles. To then get a kit that leans the furthest into the plodding fire rate, high accuracy archetype was just beautiful. Instantly became my best option based on my match performances and, for my money, I see little to no reason to ever use the default versions of these rifles anymore.
Tbh, I prefer the High Grain Rounds to not only boost the range, but to make up for the loss in bullet velocity. I also rather use the F-TAC Angled Grip, that significantly improves horizontal recoil, which literally makes the MCW questionable now due to the massive recoil reduction on an AK-47 (and its other variant too).
I think it is the point of this AMP to be on guns that don't have a good TTK to somewhat balance the accuracy, I actually expected this kit to destroy the damage and movement of these AKs
I think one thing about TTK is to consider statistical TTK vs practical TTK. Any statistical TTK assumes you hit those shots consecutively. For the most part that's unlikely to happen outside of a few scenarios, there is almost always a delta in those TTKs. So a gun with 0 recoil should have a smaller delta there on a more consistent basis.
as a mnk player, having no recoil to control makes both kastovs feel great to use, not having to control recoil, and instead only focus on trying to get locked in target is amazing
Btw for anyone asking the reason it has no recoil is because it makes the recoil go upside down so it pulls down when you shoot making the recoil really easy to control if you just keep your mouse/joystick in the same spot. Also using grips helps a lot and makes it quite literally zero recoil.
the problem is that recoil control is fine with the base attachments and this benefit only kicks in at super long ranges really, which the slashed bullet velocity is going to ruin anyway. Maybe it's better in Warzone to hit difficult positioned targets like someone on a roof though.
I am not a movement god or aim hero, so a diverse loadout selection has me fit-a-kit during the match. the 762 aftermarket plus corio eagle eye make an interesting strafe build that force to me to take more time and try to engage enemies mid range, but lets me push corners faster because of the ADS movement.
I had the exact same issue with automatically pulling down to compensate for recoil! I legitimately thought the gun had some weird negative recoil glitch until I realized what I was doing 😅
Man have you tried helldivers 2? It's not 6v6 but it's nonstop adrenaline on high difficulty. Anyone else hasn't touched COD since the beginning of last season?
it's really good if you can aim and I would say the main focuses should be own idle sway since that is were the actually devastation comes in, it's essentially a full auto dmr on both kits with the 545 being preferred with a long range scope, TTK wise it doesn't matter if you can't hit your shots and with his kit at all ranges you can and at a distant only weapon that can truly challenge you are snipers
I literally stated this to many comments saying OH ITS LITERALLY BROKE. OMG. The TTK for the 762 is very close to the KN54 from B04. It's a very solid weapon choice with very little recoil but not a significant outlier. Also BTW I wanted to say one thing you forgot to mention XCLUSIVE The 545 can get a 4 shot, which requires only 1 headshot to do so. So the TTK definitely becomes faster and a lot more competitive. The gun basically is the ICR from B04. If you hit the headshot, it becomes a good all-around weapon, but if you don't, it's definitely a very slow TTK.
For me in multiplayer, this kit will probably only be used as a gimick. For warzone, im scared to see how good thisll be when i get online after work tonight
The gun kills in only 6 milliseconds slower than the Holger, throw on high grain, the Scratch 2-L suppressor and you basically have a better and super consistent 4 shot kill gun
Nice video, not my favorite either. However, for some people this might be a God send. Also, thought I would mention 2 other stealth changes if you are looking for video ideas. The Jack singal 4 round burst kit got a stealth buff with more reduced recoil. Now it's pretty close to the M8A1. Also there is another after maket converstion that makes the Renetti single fire.
I agree that it is a bit of a gimmick but I like a gimmick every once in a while. For some time the AMPs have just felt like a way to add more creative feeling meta guns make people rotate their meta builds (great for the devs that want to have fun making unique stuff) so a usable but not op gimmick feels refreshing. I think the actual problem with these guns is that SH can't/won't rebalance IWs guns enough. If the two AKs had either one less shot to kill or a headshot multiplier this kit could dethrone the ACR
imo vertical recoil is not even an issue in this game. Horizontal recoil is way harder to controll if you dont know the exact pattern of your gun. Thats why im always prioritizing horizontal recoil for my attachments.
the 545 already has zero recoil in semi-auto. i switch to semi all the time when im taking long range shots , for example on derailed; shooting at snipers. and then i run around the map in full auto. plus the 545 in semi sounds so cool with those 1st 2 bullets coming out so fast , shounds like a 2 round brust.
The answer is yes, have already had multiple (what would have been) MGB's with it. Pretty much every JAK kit at the moment has been bang on. The kind of variety COD needed.
Even tho the kit makes the ttk slightly slower, this only kicks your ass within like 10 meters and if your opponent is using an smg. This gun excels at mid-long range
Its really cool and I want to love it so badly. But it should not decrease your firerate. Maybe just hurt the mobility or range or BV. Also the AKs need a buff. The 762 AK should have a 3 shot potential with 2 headshots like the Holger has. The 5.45 AK needs to 4 shot in its first range (276ms tkk).
I personally have a lot of fun with the 762 using the kit, I think that although its TTK isnt great I find it to be worth it for the pinpoint accuracy, i almost think of it as the Holger with zero recoil but worse velocity and handling. On the 545 its completely useless though, but thats because the gun as a whole is like the worst ar in the game and accuracy was never a reason why
I think these will really shine in warzone. Also I think you should aim for full headshots in MP with these kits. It should be totally possible to get all headshots with almost 0 recoil.
It’s a fun setup to use but man it’s TTK is rough in 10v10/12v12 where ping is higher on average. Where the lobbies tend to be more mixed, I would notice I would sometimes die to the noobiest players in a gunfight I would normally win cause of how slow the TTK is. Haha. It was actually laughable how ridiculous some of those situations were seeing someone react so blatantly late and yet I still get killed. 😅🤦♂️
Definitely seems like this kit is more meant to be used in ground war or warzone. I imagine you might see it used quite a bit in those modes as a viable long range option.
The HC stats are the same as the base gun but with less forgiveness due to the slower rate of fire. Keep in mind, recoil is also not much of a factor in HC as you typically only need to land 1 bullet. I'd rather use these guns without the Kit in HC modes
I get all the quick scopes super easy by simply going into tact stance with an optic on gun. I came across this by accident, but works every time, I don't even have to think about quick scopes
The AK 545s damage got not translated correctly from mw2 to mw3. its should have a 4 hit kill popential with upper torso shots. that way it would actually be viable. its already relatively slow at 650rpm. the subverter can 4 hit kill with a faster RPM i think the kastov545 should be able to aswell with 3 upper torso shots. same with the taq-56. but that thing only require two upper torso for a 4 hit kill imo. these 2 guns and the hurricane are so incredibly slow killing
Ah i can see it now: Out of the loop player: look at this pos using no recoil cheats Kit user: it’s literally an amp that just got released Player: yeah sure thats what they all say loser, i bet you suck without cheats Lol, love the vid Ace, aint played CoD in a min but i like your breakdowns, loadouts and overall view of guns and amps added to keep this game somewhat fresh.
When I first got this kit, literally dropped a DNA bomb with it using the JAK BFB muzzle attachment to help with gun kick recoil control, and a few other attachments along with a 40-round mag. It does give me flashbacks to BO4 with the ICR with double grip behaving in nearly the same way in terms of recoil.
Why would you put the BFB on a gun with no recoil? That makes zero sense. Kit that thing for mobility and slap high grain rounds and your prefered optic on and you are good to go.
I have to say, this is getting weirder and weirder. for one, at least to me none of the guns in MW3 have significant recoil, especially vertical recoil, but making a kit for the ak100 series style guns to turn them into... ak 100series style guns? and to eliminate their already nonexistant recoil? I mean, who is this kit for? who was the patriot for? who needs these guns in this shape, when they at best replace an almost exact replica or at worst slightly powercreep the replica they were replaced by originally?
They should've made this kit more like its real-life counterpart, having significantly higher RoF (irl 900 rpm might be too op so 800 rpm should be a good option) with no recoil but also with much worse mobility and handling
