Welcome to mountains. Well if its very dry then it gets wet yep rocks fall. If it wet then gets more wet then landslide. Also cold and heat moves the rocks out of place so a little rain can move more rocks. Half the mountain in my home town 5 years ago fell and killed 20 people why a sudden freeze broke the Lava rock sides.
Wet water fills cracks in some rocks and freezes to ice and makes more cracks seasonal changes erodes rocks ...gravity makes all things go down . . Water and snow melt erodes these are natural processes of our physical world. I am agreeing with you...
