Hello Fam!
We're back with another episode of CARRY-ON! Okay la, this one we had one luggage okay, not just one carry-on bag. Anyway! We're not in Tokyo or Osaka, but we're headed to explore Kyushu! We took an amazing overnight ferry, visited colourful geothermal hot springs, climbed another mountain, and visited the Ramen Capital of Japan - Fukuoka!

Do New Calendonia! I went there for my Honeymoon and visited the one of the islands - Mare, not a touristy place but full of gems. There's a direct flight from SG btw ;)

There is definitely better ramen outside of Tokyo. Each city has a different style of ramen. Tokyo is light soy sauce based broth while the tonkotsu/Hakata staple ramen which is more popular outside of Japan is from fukuoka, Kyushu.
