On a whim curiosity got the best of me. Is there gold near Boston? The day after a heavy rain storm I headed out prospecting to a Brook that is dry most of the year. To my surprise it was running perfect to set up the small sluice box. I was pretty much laughing at myself all day for doing this experiment…but hey, let’s find out!

Man I know it’s so much harder than people think to make a video that’s good and that you find something worth all the trouble bc filming takes time away from getting gold. You make really good videos you deserve more subscribers

I just saw your video and I’m basically right around the corner of it . I could tell by the high tension towers. I’m recently retired and now I’ve got some exploring to do! Thanks for the video!

Friggin sweet. I've always wondered about gold here(NE). I wouldn't be suprised to find some on the Cape considering it's one big gravel and sand deposit.

I’ve thought the same thing about the Cape. My guess is it’s super fine and buried very very deep.

I knew you would find gold as soon as I seen the big Boulders. If you go back there dig around the big rocks on the bank I bet there’s a little chunky gold around there

You might have been surprised if you kept looking. I read a report that someone using radar found a surprising amount of gold under the I-95 after someone dug up their backyard and found a nugget.

You nailed it brother! That was the gun club 👊🏻. I grew up in that area as well and would hear the guns going off and the fighter jets flying over the house from the airbase. You know!

Nice video, wonder exactly were 16 miles south of Boston you were (Maybe Stoughton/Braintree). Avid Metal Detectorist from the South Shore area and have done bit of research about gold, ever want to collaborate or bounce stuff off one another shoot me a message.

Thanks brother I’ll keep that in mind. This is over in Abington in an area that has a brook that is dry half the year. It also has old stone walls. If you map the high T’s you can probably find the exact spot.

Thanks for the Golden update. At least you didn't mention the golden location of the first Dunkin Donuts . There's a Whites metal detector rep in Boston. But your fisher looked like it did just fine. Are you allowed to keep what you find? In NY, the whole states mineral rights are the states.
