Now there's something that I havent wish for..... lets all keep praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet every 12nn, every 3pm, 6pm; lets all keep praying the rosary too; dnt forget to light 7 candles every chance u get when u go to church. All is possible to God if we're all consistent about this particular matter.

My grandma has prayed for me to come back to the church for 20 years. I was atheist for years and pretty anti church. I dont know what it was but i was drawn back slowly and delicately. Im now a devout catholic. I thank my grandma so much for always praying for me. I have been praying for my mother to come back too and im starting to see her slowly and delicately come back this year. Keep praying! It is worth it ❤

RCIA is the Rite of Catholic Initiation for Adults all Catholic churches should have information for you. WELCOME!

​@@dabiededoo if you were baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, then it was valid. If you are unsure of its validity, I would highly recommend speaking to a priest.

I also know many people left the church ( All because of the mother of God and also the sinners priests who committed one of the Ten Commandments) But either way because they never really belonged in our church in the first place ( like Madonna- the singer) their souls are in God’s hands now..there’s nothing we can do but as a catholic we can continues praying that’s what we can really truly do..like what Fr Cris alar said we must pray for them and for our salvations..

How about an atheist who was a Catholic but later realized and accepted that God actually does not exist?

Praise God for Fr. Chris! It is the best gift for our spirituality growth in our Catholic faith. Pls pray for our children, grandchildren, loved ones, siblings n everyone to come n be renewed in our Baptism vows.

The Catholic Church is the Church of Christ because there was no other Christian Church for 1,5000 years.... only the Catholic Church existed. Do you think that Jesus would come to earth and start a Churches, which he did, but then he would say, "I'm going to start a Church but I am going to get it wrong for 1500 years until Martin Luther comes and gets it right...." That doesn't seem to make sense. From the first century we have writings of Christians celebrating the Mass, the veneration of Mary and the saints, confession, prayers for the dead and belief in Purgatory. Those devotions were totally practiced by all early Christians. What does that sound like? Yes, only the Catholic Church. God bless and prayers for you.

@Divine Mercy Father Chris, I can relate to your anguish. I am a Godparent to my niece. She was baptized in the Catholic Church, made her First Holy Communion and is Confirmed. She refuses to practice her faith. This is a heaviness on my heart. I am including your nephew in my prayers, too.

Fr Chri’s I have learned soooo much from your videos. I love listening to them and have told a couple of people about them. My husband doesn’t listen to them but while driving one day I tuned in to the one on Christmas traditions. He liked it but bc he is Ukrainian Catholic he didn’t know as much about the Roman Catholic traditions or where they originated. His Christmas isn’t even the same date as the Roman Catholic Christmas… it is January 7 like the Greek Orthodox. Nevertheless I love all the podcasts so far but learned a lot from the Islam talk and the one on indulgences…. Something we don’t talk about much anymore but so fascinating and so helpful to know. Work through your Purgatory on earth and use your suffering to benefit yourself but the holy souls as well. Thank you Fr Chris
