My suggestion is that he reverts back to OEM tail lights, sells those aftermarket ones to cover the cost of coming back to you so you can delete those mufflers.

Sounds like a great deal dialed. Way more appreciated by neighbors. The valve is the secret weapon it seems. Not to mention a hi flow. We wouldn't bother with those but hey, it's technically a sound reduction device. 😂

Those Ford GT style taillights look terrible. Keep those only on the GT, not a Mustang. This is more proof of what happens when people with no real good taste have money. 😂

The car looks weird from the back.... personally, I like the performance sound on a sports car...

Interesting to see this video. I experienced the same thing with the Varex catback on my 2013 300S 5.7, almost 100% the exact situation even. I already had 3-inch high-flow cats since the stock ones went to hell and I had to replace them, and aftermarket was cheaper than OEM. So with their 3-inch SS catback system I had full 3-inch pipe from the engine back. Main difference between mine and this is the 300 kit has two little bullet resonators instead of the single double unit like the Mustang. But mine was also WAY WAY too quiet at first. I wanted to delete the X pipe anyways (I prefer oldschool V8 sound, to each their own), and it would have been hard to keep the shorty resos after chopping up the X pipe so I chopped it all out. Without the resos and the X pipe it sounds great now and definitely way louder, while still being super quiet with the valves closed, maybe even quieter than stock. On two very different platforms the same issue shows: the resonators are killing output with valves open and barely changing it with valves closed. Interesting. They really should stop using the resos I think. Maybe its required by law in some places so they just toss them in to be safe? They are straight-thru so youd think they wouldnt really do much, but they do.

I have this on my ISF. Sounds even better after break in.

Valves opened it sounds great! Not too loud or noisy - nice and deep, good growl. Valves closed are great for just cruising or going A to B. But when you're in the mood for a little fun..... Valves Open! Those tail lights are horrible!!!!

The question id have, is how much it kills performance. Id love a quiet performance exhaust. Also with a silent creeping mode.

Crazy xforce doesn't make a 2.5" system for the convertibles. Fwiw, the oem active system sounds really good. As I leave the house at 430am, a quiet mode would be nice tho (ha, which I dont)

Having owned a loud 2017 supercharged mustang GT in the best color - grabber blue - I can safely say this is just right. I ended up selling my Corsa extremes and just putting the stock resonator back on with some magnaflow bullets at the back which made it tolerable on the highway.

2nd part much better and now next thing to get rid off is that Tail lights.😂

Equal-length pipes throughout the entirety of the exhaust system is key...💡

I was looking for a quieter exhaust for my camaro SS 1LE and it was so hard. People just couldn’t compute why I would want it quieter that their brains just stopped working lol. They didn’t even know what to look up. Well I bought it for me and I don’t want to drive around making a scene. I didn’t buy it to get attention driving around being loud, I bought it for me to enjoy.

I consider buying an F430 SC, this will come in handy lol

The system may have sounded quieter than he might have wanted even with the valves open, but it had an awesome tone...! With the resonators removed it's a killer. With or without the resonator it's awesome. All you have to do is choose which way you want it and both ways sound better to me than any of the other modern Mustang exhaust options I've ever heard on here...! Valves closed with no resonators gets my vote, especially if you can get them to open more toward redline...!

What can I do to get rid of the active exhaust flaps on my charger. I have the delete kit but on a cold start u can hear it rattle a little bit it eventually goes away

I have the corsa sport, that’s way more worth it for the same price point, and no drone.

Round one was WAY, WAY too quite for a Mustang. BTW, to me, one of the best features of a mustang is its head and tail lights. I would never change that! Round two was MUCH better!!!
