Tarkov audio is fairly unreliable no matter what you do. Your only tool against the bad audio is consistent movement, and map awareness (looking for inconsistencies). Don't trust audio 100%.

u must be new to tarkov? ground zero has level based matchmaking so u fight people above level 21, also i fight the most geared players on this map.
