I think they just forgot that it’s just the first person to three in a row, and that the next person doesn’t get to actually compete their turn. You see that when Ash would put an X to complete her row Mat would go and put an O for finish his. The problem is that the game would end after ash complicated her row, and May wouldn’t get a turn. That’s the mistake they made.
@@MissCaraMint Honestly though a ruleset that works like that would be a bit more fair to the one who goes second than the current rules. For both of them to forget the rules in the same way is pretty interesting.
19:17 "This reminds me of when Stephanie and I first met. She 'forced' me to play Portal to test what my thought process was" What an interesting mating ritual 🤔
No, don't change the intro. Steph is still a part of the team. She may not be on cam, but she is willing to eat sawdust for you. Whether or not she knows it.
21:24 "You're right there, I mean, beep. **sad beep** Beep, come on, beep! " I love that someone who sounds exactly like JoCat is acting like an exit detector who breaks out of character when they get frustrated 😂
1:10:22 "The obelisk of knowledge" I love the fact you were able to bring Steph along for that rare piece of "mature content", since she often gets flustered with that kinda thing 😂
I'm sure I'm not the only one who tries to figure out when they shoot GTLive and I must say, the lack of Halloween decorations in this one helps a little 😂
you are legit the first person to figure that stop sign puzzle out, everyone i have watched playing it has just scribbled over it (even my friends did because it made no sense)
i played the game before the new real life cutscene, so that was funny to watch, but yeah im surprised you also understood what the last puzzle was witrh the points, i did it for about 30 minutes just doing trial and error lol
I'm so happy to see steph make an appearance!! I love mirror mat and ash but Matpat and Steph's chemistry always beings so much energy and it's all so nostalgic too
There was an episode of dont tell the bride in the UK where the groom had the wedding in a hedge maze. It was actually really nice as there were memories inside to help guide here through she was so emotional by the time she got to the ceremony
Sttteeeeeepppphhhhh! I'm so glad I watched Jacksepticeye play this, because it made me want to watch Matt play it, which meant I got to see a rare Steph Returns episode! 😁 And who knew I needed "Steph Helps Matt Count Corners" in my life? 😂 Quick, Ash, give them more comedic puzzle games to entice more Steph-isodes! 😁
This was a truly amazing episode of GTLive! Glad to see Steph back, even if just this once, and the puzzle shenanigans were truly, genuinely quite fun :D I wish you all, Matthew (and Mirror Matthew) and Steph and Ash and Oliver and of course Skeeeep, along with the rest of Team Theorist, well!
i have seen tons of people play this game, and none of them figured out that the shapes in the diamond puzzle was ordered by points. they all went back to the wedding area and remembered/wrote down what order they came in
I watched the first 10 minutes of gameplay, and then I had to download the game and check it out for myself. Thanks Mat for sharing this game! I had a blast playing it and then watching you play it. Your reactions were golden
Steph is back! Sort of. Cool to see her again and this is certainly a great game to have her back for. Side note this is the first time I've seen anyone actually find the logic of the book in the middle of the hedge maze. Everyone else just trials and errors.
i love how in the end of the game you draw a giant p***s and then the game is understanding it, and then you understand "the looker" stands for because you looked at the thing you have just dawned
In the offchance MatPat or Ash or someone else from Team Theorist in Raleigh sees this, I hope you're all doing okay. Thought of you when I heard of what happened there.
52:06 wait a second...MAT! THOSE WERE TWO X's AT THE BOTTOM (why is this mildly upsetting to me that the game could have been ended, in a win scenario, not a cat)
Quite simply a Philosophical masterpiece!!! 👏👏👏 The Mazes, the Art, THE PHILOSOPHY... (and of course the mazes too) Only Bigbrain 200+IQ will understand the Symbol(ism) at the end... It had me in tears, the essence of life captured in such a beautiful Artpiece, just WOW! 😍😍😍 The creator must truly be a genius!!! *10/10 Would buy this Free game again* 🤩🤩🤩
Omg I think the only thing I hated was Matt slamming his mouse every second. EDIT: (Not trying to be mean Matt because I love watching you, but that one thing was very annoying and I noticed you do it a lot in “livestreams”. Love ya Matt hope to work with you at some point)
It’s hilarious to me that I was legit thinking “man they should change this intro,” and the first 20 seconds was Matt going, “we should really update that intro soon…” 😂
@16:22 mat pat draws the most perfect bell curve you cannot escape the big brain neediness here. My professor was right I’m seeing stats everywhere now help lol
Wow Mat powered through these. The Sun-Earth thing is a nice detail if intended. Also I love the concept of Ash sitting there for 2 hours, trying not to laugh at or give away the ending that they looked up in advance!
