Always use painters tape on the back ,mark the holes in the tape and then put tape on wall and your holes will be perfect

Any idea how to make the lights go back to just normal and not flashing?

@@Mercyswaifu mine came with a remote that let me make changes. But I know the remotes are pretty universal so you may be able to order like a two dollar LED remote on Amazon and that should work.
