There were three helicopters in the convoy of the Iranian President. The other two made it safely to their destination but the one carrying the President and the Foreign Minister crashed. So I don't think it was the weather or else it would have also impacted the other two. The weather hampered the rescue operation but didn't cause the crash.

Yasuke was virtually the one opportunity Ubisoft could find to have an excuse to make a game set in Japan still revolve around a black person, it was a cherry picked story from history to suit a purpose, namely ESG/DEI. And Yasuke was just a novelty to the contemporary people, not an esteemed warrior, and very little is known of him.
He was a retainer of Oda Nobunaga and was made Samurai and even fought with him in some battles before Nobunaga was forced to commit seppuku. To be clear, a retainer wasn't a servant in the sense of just being a baggage handler. Ieyasu Tokugawa was also a retainer of Nobunaga and he was the samurai lord who became Shogun and ended the Sengoku period.

Some correction on the AC Shadows thing. Yasuke isn't the final boss. he would be the main character. One of the titular assassins of the game. Which is very ironic because, especially for the time period in Japan, they decided to make the assassin of the game an individual that would be one of the most easily recognizable people in the country simply because of his skin color. They are also changing a lot of what little we know about his story. For example, instead of coming to the country with Italians that we know. they are making it so he was on a slave ship that sunk and he washed ashore.

He wasn't a samurai, he was a retainer, they are not the same, he was in Japan for less than 3 years and surrendered during his first battle, you are way off on this.
The United States marine website says he surrendered during his last battle not first, and says he fought in multiple beforehand. I have other sources that say the same.

I think you missed the Assassin's Creed frustration. Yasuke isn't a boss, he's one of the main playable characters. Fans are upset that the first AC game set in Japan will not have a male Japanese playable character but, instead, will have an African man.
