Hello Doc i am new to your channel but i already like it a lot!i am almost 42 and i have been using Purito's centella toner and centella serum for almost 1 year. I have sensitive and a little bit dry skin and it soothes it a lot. It is a pitty it does not contain many anti aging ingredients but it does a good job as a calming serum. My husband likes them, too 😀
I've stopped jumping on board with the highly raved products because they simply did not work enough for me T.T but I realised that I've started to really trust your content. So here I go to buy more products. I wonder whether you can do a video on how to find products that work on our skin? Is there a recommended process to doing so? I also wonder why do dermatologist work. Is it because derm carries more potent products? Or because derm know how to mix different products? But then, there are so many good products with good ingredients, so much advice on the internet, yet why do some of us still struggle so much with unresolved skin concerns that are not very serious e.g. normal acne instead of cystic?
Im trying a lots of Centella stuff when comes to skincare. Serum , cleanser , cream but mostly Centella that’s help my skin is cosrx Centella blemish. It’s really do remove all my acne and fast rather than other Centella. Even 100% Madagascar serum nots doing much to my skin.

Doesn't the Dr Jart product have a ton of fragrance in it, and if so can it still be good for sensitive skin? Asking because I have Rosacea and I'm not sure how I would do with fragrance? TY
This is why I’ve been reluctant to try this product and instead use centella products without fragrance or too many essential oils. I have rosacea and acne.

Hello!... I suggest you email the brands directly to make sure. Most k-brands were pretty open with their ingredients, and customer services were accomodating. Just try to visit the website of the brand you like. By the way, i do loveeee the products of beauty of Joseon. Definitely, worth the price.😊
usually many of KBeauty products base from natural extract & chemical ingredients which is Suci (or Halal? whichever term you want to use) that can be use by muslim. unless the product itself stated using wine/rice wine/soju/sake extract as their ingredient like NeoGen Gauze Peeling Wine, Skinfood Black Sugar Scrub or Innisfree Wine Peeling Jelly Softener for example, so that's Not Suci (or Halal) to use. @@fahadalazim3583 i been using Korean skincare and even high end brands so far nothing to worry abt their ingredients but if you using Japanese skincare or those contain stem cell that one need to be halal cause you dont know where the stem cell comes from .

I am using that sheet mask now. It seems waistfull. Not all of that serum will be absorbed on then skin. It will be thrown out. Just make it into a toner

What if you’re also using retinol? Can vitamin C serum, Centella and retinol be layered by putting on your VC serum then Centella, followed by moisturizer, retinol and then sunscreen? Or does the Centella and retinol need to be applied separate of each other? Like one in the morning and one at night, or on different days.
As far as i know you cant mix vit c with retinol, and retinol can only be use at night. Im using centella madagascar 100% serum layered with ceramide moisturizer then retinol cream then another moisturizer.. so far so good
@@maine3168 Thanks for your input, but Vitamin C can be used with retinol if you use a layer of moisturizer between the two, and retinol can be used in the day. There is a video on this channel about how to use retinol if you’d like to check it out, I’m just curious about the affects of Centella and retinol together.
