This is the most thorough video on the machine. NO ONE ELSR has included practical information such as the length,width and height of it. Or the thickness the clamp allows. OR how the pasta sheet can be up to 6 inches in width. Thank you! I will say that I don't like that one has to buy an attachment to make the most common pasta such as spaghetti. I don't anyone who makes taglioni or fettuccine as their first choice. I'm including my trips to Italy.
Thank you I bought the marcato 150 and it has the ravioli attachment but I can’t get it off, I have searched so many videos your is the only one showing how to get off. My attachment is so tight. I’ll keep trying. I want to make ravioli!
