Yes, you must wash quinoa really well, some even soak it. Why? Because it's coated with saponin. Do your own research. If you don't wash it good... you could have stomach and/or Digestion issues.
I just made this wonderful recipe. I am fasting today so I am going to let it sit overnight... But tomorrow it is on... So looking forward to it after it has marinated in it juice ovenight.....
Calling "alkaline" fried foods, which are the most acidic and toxic due to their content of acrolein and acrylamide, cancerogens...is at least cruel... Do your research on peoples health! Not only on "how to get views"!!

I remember back in the 90s while growing up in the western part of Nigeria 🇳🇬, they use it in oil for newborns skins with what we call adi agbon! I was a kin observer as child😂. I use it daily for my kids' skincare products.
Are there any other ways to make scrambled eggs outside of using chickpeas and mung beans. Unfortunately they both have estrogen. I can’t have anything with estrogen or wheat
