As a bear player, i will not admit that the M4 is the best gun in the game, and will personally stick with an aks-74U with an RK4 and PP ammo (or a VSS if im feeling fancy)
M4s are soooo floaty in recoil and 556 has betrayed me many times over to the point that i stick to MPs/Vals/MDR and SR. Maybe if im fancy an HK because of better hidden stats than the M4

God dam 6.3 to 1 is massive. Like really big it goes from the shot landing anywhere in the housing of the sight. To anywhere in the red dot. Can't begin to imagine people bitching about missing their shots with the 6.3 build
@@rayziansbih always required a bolt action though. Even when it was headshots at any distance. That's the whole point of the task is to use a bolty and get headshots. The only thing they changed was the distance the past few wipes
the 10.5 inch MPX with most of the same stuff is higher ergo and mostly the same recoil. its smaller and less than 200k. also, never use the drum mag, its not worth the extra 9 rounds you get over the 41+1 mag
big +1, the 41 rounder is the best option for mpx, good ergo, goo capacity, good loading speed, the extra 9 ammo is not really worth. but tbh i like more the 14 inch version, it feels much better with that low moa, imo.
If you want to spray around someone's head you probably want the long barrel because it gets the MoA down to around 1.3 from the smaller versions 6.3 -- that's an enormous difference for the accuracy.
Gotta level up weapon maintenance, if you get one or two raids, you can repair it and get an accuracy enchantment. I have one on a 7.62 MDR that brings it down to 1.3
You shouldnt be shooting anything past 50 meters with 9mm, and that's 3inch spread at that range with 6moa, smaller than the size of a head. Not a valid point.
I have recovered a few of these, as well as looted a few of the longer barrels. I have actually had quite a few good runs with the longer variants. Main appeal to me in the long barrel version is the accuracy, while not important in short range engagements, to me makes it a more appealing SMG for more open maps.
I've been using a similar build /w valday and pst gzh, the 1.3 MOA on the long gun, + muzzle velocity + ammo velocity + ratio is a really fun mid range sniper combo to run
Great vid! My personal favorite way to run this weapon is with a relatively short barrel, utilizing the integral suppressor, and a magnified optic with PBP. Really high ergo with the 41-rounders!
I've been loving the mpx this wipe. Maybe not the best but tons of fun. I do like the better moa and muzzle velocity on the long barrel. Would recommend the 41 round mag.
Let me tell you right now, without even watching the video. The MPX is literally the best gun I have used this wipe. I absolutely smoke whole teams with this gun on Factory, and Labs, when I am itching for some PvP. AP is a must.
ap only has 30 pen, it will struggle even against basic class 4 armor, instead go for a vector 9x19 pop 50 rounders loaded with flesh ammo and aim in their general direction, due to the insane balls to the wall fire rate you will eventually hit an unarmored area of the pmc and flesh ammo will just melt.
while i appreciate modding tips, the new recoil system means you can pretty much just play whatever you want and is fun for you. Thats alot more important than 0.0057%better ergonomics
I run with an "over engineered" MPX all the time and it usually lasts me 4-5 raids until I have to replace it because it's not repairable anymore. It's my favorite gun.
I just don't think it matters for an SMG. Maybe I'm wrong in some places but with these bullets I think it's a fringe benefit given how you tend to use them
@Gigabeef It depends on how you're planning on using the weapon. Having a lower MOA and higher velocity means use at longer ranges is viable without having to dump your entire mag to get enough hits. This is absolutely a niche use, and even more so now after the recoil changes, but it is a thing. Think of it less like an SMG, and more like having an STM-9 with a fullauto option when the shit hits the fan.
Since these builds are all about ergo it probably would’ve been worth mentioning the 41 round mags on mechanic. Less ammo then the 50 drum obviously but hardly any ergo hit. Short MPX is also wildly inaccurate.
the question is, why not just use any other 9x19 gun? all of them (besides the vector) are cheaper and for the MP5 also has a drum(i dont see a reason to run the Mpx with a drum if you have 41round mags)
@@oxyyygen Early on you're going to be using pst gzh or m882. Later you're going to want AP 6.3 or PBP, unless you want to use flesh rounds and go for leg meta.
what would you recommend using at lvl 30 weapon wise cause i havent played that much but would like to know whats good Edit: i cant buy 56a1 so i cant really use a m4

@@ham7357 i have no lived the first 2 weeks of the wipe then maybe a raid every 3 days but i was like 27 first 2 weeks of the wipe so theres how im 30 without playing consistently
The AK-545 is a great 5.45 gun, kit it out like a DMR and it's an ergo demon with super low recoil, and 5.45 is the second most common ammo to find as loose loot, so getting more BP isn't hard at all.
Nearly any SMG is good this wipe. The MPX is nice (as this video shows) but so is the MP5 or even the PP19. They are all cheap to mod as they don't need much to be good. You're level 30 so I'm assuming you have Peacekeeper 3, so you can get AP 6.3 ammo. Depending on whether you have done Fertilizers yet you can craft PBP. Also if you have your lvl 3 workbench you can craft .45 ACP AP. That means you can run the .45 Vector, which is just a shredder. If you have Punisher 3 you can craft 5.45 PP, and run AKS-74UB. You can mod it nicely for a reasonable price. The 74-U guns are soooo much better than they used to be, and the UB version has the best inherent stats. Anyway, that's my opinion based on what kind of ammo you're going to be able to lay your hands on at lvl 30.
If you can track the head, 9mm is insanely good with PBP because even when the recoil goes haywire as it sometimes does for every full auto gun, the amount that it actually moves is miniscule. It's basically a laser beam. PBP will also sail right through class 3 soft armor, and go through class 4 helmets very quickly. Even if every shot hits a class 5 plate, you still only need 3-5 bullets to kill. A meta M4 at full auto jumps around to the point that half your shots are going to miss, 9mm doesn't have that problem.
